As of this past July 9th, 2001, Meng vs Schwartz - 98cv2859 Judge Lamberth denied a motion to alter judgement, denied a motion to amend judgement and denied a motion for relief of judgement in the Loral Shareholders case. - As of today, July 19, 2001, I'm starting this Loral Shareholders 'Discussion' Thread to make sure this Loral case stays in the spotlight (Latest Posts) for discussion purposes and for all future FR.com posters and lurkers to easily find.
I'm highlighting one of the key defendents, Terrance McAuliffe - because he is now Chairman of the DNC. Yesterday, on MSNBC Hardball, one of their guests was McAuliffe and just before he went off the air -he quickly made sure every viewer heard - that it was the Republicans who did not allow Campaign Finance Reform to make it to the Floor for a vote. But, who was the man who was a key defendent in this Loral Shareholders aiding and abetting espionage case?? TERRANCE McAULIFFE! And which party readily accepted 1.4 million in cash from Bernard Schwartz, the head of Loral? The DEMOCRAT PARTY! And which President allowed Johnny Chung, John Huang and Charlie Trie into the White House with hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Communist Chinese Army?? President Willaim Jefferson Clinton!
So, let's not delay. Let's not let McAuliffe and the DNC get away with fooling the public about - who took/takes the cash!

Yes...and it was scumbag Bill Clinton - who - cut funding for our human intelligence -
- and it was bastard Al Gore - who was picked to head a committee to evaluate airline security,
just before the '96 election - but, Gore said that he found nothing wrong with airline security, closed the conference -
- and within two weeks - six major airlines sent -
over $500,000 - to the Clinton-Gore re-election campaign!
Gee, out here in California, Gov. Gray Davis (close friend of Condidit), must have taken a note from ol' Gore's fund-raising book. I have "friends" within GOP circles who told me that back in May, during the height of roving black-outs and rumors of black-outs, Davis was on the phone to the folks in Silicon Valley telling them that if they signed on to his energy scheme, they could be assured that they would not be affected by any black-out. (Wow! And everyone thought only the Cosa Nostra did extortion! What company isn't going to sign on in order to stay in business after being extorted by the Gov. hisself?) As soon as Davis would hang up, the next call the executive would receive would be from the DNC itself, asking for a campaign contribution for good ol' Davis.
This, my friends, is how the Gov. (working hand in hand with the DNC) has been raising campaign funds - extortion - at tax/rate-payer expense.
This explains the contacts with the Chinese and the collaboration with Cuba. McCauliffe is just a cog out of this whole machine. The Clintons hand picked him to rally the Democrats in this socialist cause.
