What do you suggest Christians do next Sunday morning in place of going to Church? And should we call them Christians? The archeological record (and I mean archeology not bible stories) of Jerusalem being a Jewish city is complete from about the 7th to 8th century BC through to its destruction by the Romans in 70 AD.

The Jews were in Jerusalem for over a 1000 years before Mohammed turned his Moon God into Allah.

I agree with you. If Jerusalem was truly a Holy City to them why did they bomb it? Can you imagine if anyone bombed Mecca or Medina? Can you imagine a Muslim bombing those two cities. I believe that shows that Jerusalem is not that holy to them as it is to the Jews. Case closed.

Not to the Muslims invadors, but to the native Christian Arabs yes. Arab Christians who inhabited the area long before Islam came there and who in Palestine are the descendants of the Jews who were first to accept Christ see the Palestine (Israel is a name of a state) as Holy Land.
