That was one great post, Aloha Ron. It sickens me to know that Condit thinks he can get away with murder. I truly do not think he'll make all those votes legally which is why he is using the Registrar office to do his work for him.

Just heard on the local Fox channel that Condit did indeed fall short of the necessary VALID signatures. He now has to pony up $220.00.
We'll take each small victory and put it in our win column.

Sure you can ignore a subpoena - then the judge can issue either a summons - a court order for you to appear or the grand jury can issue a subpoena instanter. The instanter tells the serving authority to bring you back "right now".
Most regular subpoenas have a boundry of authority - that is a subpoena issued in one state has no enforcible effect in another state.
