What is wrong with GWB's Face??

While watching George W's press conference today I noticed two big spots on his face. He has a brown splotch on each cheek. Here are the photos. What is wring with his face? Could he have been in a tussle with Barney?
Any dermatologists out there?

He had a cyst on his face last winter. Maybe that's what this is. You would think they would put makeup on it.

It looks like the kind of mark you get when you have some kind of growth (usually pre-cancerous) from your face. If it is, you can't put make-up on it as it is a wound.
Bush is about the age where he might have this problem, particularly if he got a lot of sun as a child.
