well he can't, they'll just snicker and talk about his past
with GOD (no i wont put G-D im not ashamed of his name) all things are possible..ALL things
dont worry about what theyll say..thats just the devil getting what he wants...let god's will be done and in the end we will all win

"Like I said he's welcomed to join the club and be saved but I meant that he won't exactly be able to help us spread the message... they'd just whisper behind his back.." They might whisper behind his back, but face it -- Christians are scorned and ridiculed, to their faces, regardless of how exemplary a life they lead. It's always been that way, and always will, until the Marriage Feast of the Lamb.

By writing "G-D" it ensures that if this page is translated into Arabic, His good name won't translate as Allah.

Go ask Alice what the doorman said...
Mt. 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
7:8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Ya gotta knock on the door first.

And God can use just about anything. Let folks whisper. Their curiosity may make them also more likely to lend him an ear than John Q. Pedestrian. Once his audience hears the gospel... BAM! the Holy Spirit can do some awesome things. St. Paul praised God even that his day's version of televangelist hucksters were telling about Jesus Christ.

theres no door to me...god isnt in a room he isnt behind a door hes right there looking at us all..we can talk about god..but i also believe that God himself is the one who does the work..with us as the tools
:)

Ya gotta knock on the door first. With Satan breathing down their neck, some former unbelievers well nigh break that door down with one giant smash!
To: deathscythex
the 'door' is not an actual door, many christians have become convinced they're not supposed to talk about their religion to non-believers... PC nonsense

with us as the tools You have a point, but man is not a merely a tool. Tools can't choose to reject their craftsman.

yes..i know..i talk about religion and people call me a hypocrite too.(im in a metal band keep in mind here) but those who dont talk about god are what my church calls "secret agent christians" and its sad..cuz i really wonder about whatll become of them.

i stand corrected thank you

I always liked Alice, ever since "Eighteen".
Saw him in 1970 ('71?) at the Spectrum with Humble Pie and Black Sabbath. My ears haven't been the same since.
To: GeronL
Christianity is better off without him, and you can't say that about too many people What an UNChristian thing to say. Boofhead.

uh you wanna rephrase that buddy?
To: GeronL
I just mean as an example of christianity his past will never let him be a good example to non-believers. They'll just see his past and think he's a hypocrite I believe just the opposite to be true.
To: HiTech RedNeck
AH ok..what i meant was i wonder if the christians who dont talk about god are still ok by him?
because to my knowledge witnessing is important right?
