RALEIGH, N.C. -- Investigators are still trying to piece together a series of events in Raleigh Tuesday. They believe an argument over a car led to an explosion at a parking deck, a man being injured and buildings evacuated at an office complex.

Authorities said Mark D. Fisher, 46, of Stedman was so mad that his girlfriend did not buy the car that he selected that he decided to torch the one that she picked.
