A rat maneuvers along a railroad track using a remote-controlled micro stimulator in San Antonio, in this November 2000 video image made available Wednesday, May 1, 2002. By implanting electrodes in rats' brains, scientists have created remote-controlled rodents they could command to turn, climb, jump or navigate piles of rubble, an advance they say could someday assist in search and rescue efforts. Folks, the truth is finally out about this insidious, wicked, abuse of one of God's littlest creatures.
For what you saw reported above was only the prototype of another Secret Chinese Product to be released on the American public in December of this year.

Could you have a remote controlled human? Hillary for instance?
Hook one of these machines up to Hillary Rotten and send her places to dangerous for anyone else. Send her into a cave after bin laden. Send her deep into a mine shaft. Send her down into the sewers. Make her do dangerous explosives work such as detonating bombs. The possibilites are endless.

Working on a sequel to
this film, perhaps?
Maybe Chris Walken would reprise his role. The rat could appear in place of Natalie Wood. ;-)

Your a sick puppy. I like it.
I kept thinking of the Borg when I saw this story originally. Can remote controlled warriors be far behind.

Would be great for exploring Mars, and very low cost.

I remember that one with Richard Gere and the gerbil. I always wondered whether it might have been true. It struck my young, innocent mind as so wierd and scary back then. I couldn't believe that there were people who would do such things.
Maybe that's why whenever I see any mention of that, I still shiver and think to myself, "Eeuuwww!!!"
