Hitler didn't kill anyone either ( well, maybe in WW I, think he was a sargent )

He was a corporal.

God did not create Satan. He created Lucifer as an angel. Lucifer exercised his free will and became Satan (The Adversary).

"God did not create Satan. He created Lucifer as an angel. Lucifer exercised his free will and became Satan (The Adversary)."

Please see the earlier posts -

With the full knowlefge of the consequences of His creating, He created entities without the necessary will power to keep from being seduced by "the dark side".

It's as if I design a car with bad brakes, them blame the car for not stopping.

Since God created the basic concepts of good and evil themselves, He knows exactly how evil operates. ( Exactly how HE wants it to operate)

Could God create good without creating evil ? Perhaps not, the concept of free will seems to need both good and bad.
But God is all-powerfull, surely He could make free will and good without being forced to create evil, so the creation of evil was a choice, something he required in the world.
