And the first of these is with respect to a William Davis. And the parties have agreed that if he were called as a witness in this case, he would testify as follows: "I am married to Patricia Davis, who is the sister of the defendant, Timothy James McVeigh. In early 1993, I owned and operated a business known as Bill Davis Electric which was then located in my home at 11240 N.W. 27th Court, Plantation, Florida, 33323.

You may be right, there may be no connection whatsoever between the Padilla names, on the other hand, it's apparent that Nichols maintained contact with his wife after the divorce. Can you say for certain that Nichols wasn't in contact with his ex-wife's husband Robert?

It may be nothing, but to totally dismiss just because it is a common surname and Padilla isn't his wifes real surname is presumptive. I saw the comments from Lana Padilla, but nothing that dismissed any contact between Nichols and the suband.

I always believed there was a John Doe #2 and it sure looks to me like Padilla is the guy, especially after seeing some snap shots his old boss had of him at the fast food place. He was a whole lot more light skinned than he appears in the mug shot.

The LA Times had an article this morning in the California section, about the rise of John Doe/Padilla conspiracy theories on the net. It included some quotes by Nichols' ex-wife about the name thing and her belief, after seeing the resemblence, that there should definitely be an investigation.

Is Mrs. Padilla's new husband Puerto Rican? If not, then END of story.

The Feds should inform Padilla that he needs some dental work done and put him under with sodium pentethol (truth serum). While the dental work is being done, many questions could be fed to Mr. Padilla, including if he ever met Timothy McVeigh. BTW, a lie detector won't work on Padilla. He would simply refuse to answer the questions so nothing could be detected.

Look again sweetie.

NASA Fakes Moon Landing!

1 2
Heroic images or NASA fraud? At last we have the conclusive proof! The image on the left clearly shows the supposed 25,000 of thrust generated by the lunar lander to arrest its descent. Yet in the image on the right, where is the giant crater this would have created? Looks like the complex web of NASA lies is about to unravel!
3 Another apparently inspirational image from the NASA archive. All seems fine at first but notice the numerous directions in which the shadows are falling (marked with arrows). This indicates that the image is probably coposed of several images taken at different times (probably in a top secret studio guarded by specially trained aliens working as government agents) and joined together using advanced technology NASA always denies existed at the time.

This is the photographic equivalent of an automotive "cut-and-shut" job. If this image was your car, you wouldn't trust it to take you to the end of your road without breaking in half!
4 Not much wrong with this picture you may think. Yet, by thinking that, you would just become yet another of NASA's conspiracy victims.

Firstly, despite the absence of an atmosphere, no stars can be seen in the sky.

Secondly, the interior of the shopping basket can clearly be seen when all areas in shadow should be pitch black due to the absence of air molecules.

Nice try NASA but we are not fooled that easily!
5 Just way too many things wrong with this picture!

Notice the absence of stars again.

The arrows indicate the various directions in which shadows are falling, again showing evidence of inconsistent scene illumination. Yet there is something even more obviously wrong with this picture.

If the length of the lower support column of the lunar lander was 4 feet tall, this would indicate that the astronaut was over 8 feet tall, which none of the astronauts were.

Another careless mistake from NASA.
6 Oh yes NASA, it's all very well adding stars on this picture just to make us realise how wrong we have been. We are not fooled so easily!

If we look a bit more closely, we spot the constellation of Pegasus with the planet Saturn (marked S1) clearly visible in the top left corner. Yet at the time of the mission, although Saturn appeared to be near Pegasus from Earth, from the Moon it would have appeared to be in a completely different position (marked S2).

It is almost insulting to think that NASA could get away with this obvious howler!
7 Well, with this image where does one begin?!

Inconsistent shadows, too much ambient light and incorrect planetary positioning in the sky are all evident here.

Also notice how the focal length of the camera lens has changed compared to the pictures above, even though the astronauts' Hasselblad cameras were only fitted with a single type of prime lens.

Just how stupid did the NASA officials think the public were?

My reference to what MR said was correct. He did suggest there was a 2nd John Doe who looks like Padillla. I was NOT referring to his comments about the CIA (which I do not agree with).

Let me say this about the sketches. Jose Padilla looks more like John Doe #2 than Timothy McVeigh resembled his John Doe #1 sketch.

Anyone disagree with that, speak up please.

Does anybody have the McVeigh sketch to post here? I would like to compare it.

I just found the McVeigh sketch (left). Yes, Padillo looks a lot more like the John Doe #2 sketch than McVeigh looks like the sketch of him.

Good show. Not only does the "fake NASA Moon Landing" have nothing to do with this thread but your Tripod pics did not transfer.

They didn't even have McVeigh's height close. Did McVeigh have the tattoo mentioned?

I have seen several sources mention that JD#2 has a tattoo on his left arm, but not in the sketch here.

JUNKYARD BLOG has a lot of interesting info about Jose Padilla. The problem is that website is almost unreadable due to it's ugly jumble of words. One of the worst websites for reading I've ever seen. Can't the webmaster over there fix it up? There is no excuse for that almost unreadable word jumble.

As I mentioned, the Junkyard Blog website is almost unreadable but he did post an incredible comparison pic of John Doe #2 and Jose Padilla showing very similar scars on both the sketch and Padilla's photo. However, can anyone out there confirm that these scars show up on the other John Doe #2/Jose Padilla sketch/photos as well? If these scars are legit, then this is a VERY STRONG similarity here:
