[history]
Fires continue to roar through the West, aided by drought and allegedly in some cases by arson. But as the damage stretches into a million acres and billions of dollars, other culprits are coming in focus -- especially the high-powered environmental groups that have dominated U.S. forest policy for at least a decade.

Environmental groups swamp the Forest Service and other agencies with appeals and lawsuits each year, in an attempt to block even modest cleanup One of "our" problems is we don't have activist organizations to counter the whack-o's. Collectivists gather together and form these power groups. Freedom lovers don't want to have anything to do with government.

I'll give nominal Republican Jane Hull credit for starting this ball rolling but she has backpeddled over the last few days. The fact is, courts have sided with the radical greens against the state's logging policies and the cost of defending these court challenges have been significant. When Hull calls them easterners she's employing another euphemism for the RDDBs who are chipping away with the indispensible help of the judiciary.

The enviro-whackos deny God with their viewpoints, also. We must not forget that man cannot destroy what God has created.
God holds all the cards here, not man.

Environmentalism has become, in fact, a religion and not just a religion but a cult. The Greens are their Taliban and the forests are/were the temples in which they worship. Well, their temple is on fire now and they are being forced to flee it.

Humor sometimes gets through to people when nothing else can... all we can do is keep tossing the information out there and hope some folks are paying attention.

"One of "our" problems is we don't have activist organizations to counter the whack-o's.Oh yes we do.....just copy this article and mail or e-mail it to Al Gore, the Democratic and Green Party, and your news paper. Mail it to all your friends.
Not only did these whack-Os help burn up the West they are responsible for having people thrown off their land for some little bitty flower or rodent etc. The Fish and Wildlife, Heritage and Wetlands Acts are also an abomination for the most part. Clean Waters is about the only thing good to have come out of these activists and their war on people. Clean Air is a two edged sword, ADM and others on the dole make out like bandits with their cleaner gas products. Mail the article!

Once again, freepers beat the mainstream press to the "HOT" topic of the day. I saw this yesterday and knew someone would post it. Thanks raven, we've all been "raving" about this for days.
Check this out ladies and gents, and pass along for all who've been with us on this matter, to savor.

Adding western states to topics and additional key words to get the word out.

Thanks for posting this from the WSJ.
For those who don't know, the WSJ is like a two headed creature.
The editorial writers with the exception of Al Hunt are conservative.
Most of the rest of the writers are as left winged as their buddies down the street at the NY Slimes!
I hope that some conservative organization with their own servers has saved the anti road/road closing and never harvest even a dead tree agendas of these enviral Nazis. I'm sure that these enviral Nazis have been busy removing all of their data re no roads, no harvesting of timber, and no brush and dead tree removal in their Druid Cathedrals, (We used to call them, our Forests!)

You posted one of the ways to stop these Enviral Nazis:
Were there no "big money" behind these groups they would have zero impact in US politics.
Most of their money comes from our tax $'s in fraudulent law suits against the federal government, and they get big $'s in playing consultant or plaintiff. Then big $'s come from companies like ADM who get these enviral nazis from Hell to mandate that corn alcohol be added to gasoline.
Last but not least, how much if any money comes from the Opecker Princes to these enviral nazis. The enviral nazis have worked overtime since the days of Jimmy Carter to increase our dependence on Opecker Oil. We recently saw Da$$hole, Pretty boy Kerry, Boxer, Chi Fi Franken$tein and other enviral senator poster boys/girls block any drilling in Alaska to prevent us from lessening our dependence on Opecker oil.
Enviralism agendas are expensive to push just like acts of terrorism by al Qaeda. Cut that money supply to the envirals, and their agendas will go up in smoke like our forests are now doing thanks to their agendas.
