Probably not. You'd need a court to certify a class of individuals who have suffered direct harm from his illegal or tortious activities, and that would be a high hurdle. The fact that he's harming America as a whole wouldn't be sufficient.

Gloves are off guys -- we need to start digging up every last morsel we can find about Klayman.
