Support our Troops Rally Tonight!

For a really "grate" time, join us tonight and tomorrow for our big Friday night Support our Troops Rally and Saturday Tailgate Party at Woodward Park in Fresno. Bring your flags, signs and the whole family!

The Rally is at the corner of Blackstone and Shaw in north Fresno and starts at 4:00 p.m. tonight! We will rally till we drop then meet at the Ramada Inn on Shaw and 41 at 7:30 for dinner and refreshments.

Tailgate Party and BBQ Saturday

We have reserved tables on Saturday at the Sunset View Picnic Shelter (see arrow on map below) from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. We will begin arriving at around 2:00 p.m.

The entrance to Woodward Park is on Audubon Drive off Freeway 41 at Friant Road.

Take the Friant Road exit off 41 in north Fresno. Continue on Friant Road two signal lights to Audubon Drive. Turn left on Audubon Drive and you should see the entrance to Woodward Park just a few hundred feet up the road and to the right.

You can also get to Friant Road from Blackstone. It's about three or four miles north of our Shaw and Blackstone rally point.

The park road is one way so after paying the $2.00 entry fee, follow the road all the way around the park until you see "Sunset View Picnic Shelter." We will have a "Free Republic Tailgate Rally" sign at the entrance to our site.

Cool Guy suggests bringing a change of clothes (he's planning water games!)

Looks like we're gonna have a pretty good turnout. Hope to see you there!

Actually when I decided not to come I scheduled a medical procedure for last week, the Dr doesn't want me sitting in a chair for few days.
