KSFO sponsered the unfurling of the largest United States Flag today in Alameda.
There were over a thousand patriots here and it took over a thousand to keep the flag flying for over an hour. After this grate Patriotic Event I ventured over to San Francisco and encountered the communist terrorist supporters.

There were helicopters there and some planes that flew over, but I don't know if there were any ariel pictures taken.
I do know some of the commercial airliners dipped their wings so the flag could be seen.
WSG, Thanks for the pictures, you seem to have gotten there before I did.

It's been a tough day today, But it's also been a great day for America. For the media to go all day without advertisements and stay focused on those who lost so much on 9/11 and to see the country united. Made this a great day for America

Nope. It was way too windy. We did go to the memorial though. We handed out Let's Roll bumper stickers. We will be flying this weekend in Chaddsford. Those flights look much better.

October 7-12 in San Francisco. abner, I thought I had mentioned it a couple of months ago (and to Melanie.) Mediaqueen, can you pass this on, please. My thought was KSFO could sponsor it, and the balloon could be tethered (if need be) over at the Marina Green or Crissy Field. : )
