Netherlands: 13 year old girl victim of group-rape

Hoogezand - A 13 year old girl from Hoogezand has fallen victim Wednesday morning to a group-rape. The girl says she was raped and assaulted by eight boys of Turkish origin, police confirmed Thursday.

The boys broke into the house Wednesday morning by use of force and raped the girl in the living room. Also they started a fire there. According the mother of the girl all eight boys took part in the rape. Also the girl was stabbed in het leg with a knife and the boys tried to give her drugs.

After the boys started a fire in the living room they left the house, leaving the girl behind tied up. A friend freed the girl later.

During the rape she was alone at the house. She didn't go to school that day because she was afraid of the boys. They threathened her on Monday, because they didn't want to girl to see her Moroccan friends.

Police investigates the crime. A policespokesman confirmed that the girl was examined at the hospital, but does not want to give any details about it. Also police spoke to friends of the girl. The victim herself didn't give any official statement yet. She was not capable yet because of her emontional state.

In 1995 I was almost raped by a young Turkish man in Germany; he followed me off the train one night, and then was following me home...

In socialist/liberal thinking, the perpetrators are not really guilty (society and the victim are to blame) and should be helped and cuddled.

This is the sad situation here. Although a lot of people want the police to take action, they are either unwilling (they rather do speeding-controls) or unable because of the lack of manpower (also because of the speeding-controls). And there are the politicians who side with the criminals.

They were in power during the last 8 years, and had a lot of power before that.

Nothing particularly bad has happened to Franklin Graham. Just a bit of denunciation from the liberals, and a whole heap of free publicity. This actually makes him more popular. I had never heard of him before, though of course I had heard of his father.

In a Muslim country the penalty for saying those things would be BEHEADING, even in "good" Pakistan.
