XXXXX DRUDGE REPORT XXXXX SAT OCT 19, 2002 11:42:34 ET XXXXX

DOWD: BUSH 'BOY EMPEROR'

NY TIMES op-ed queen Maureen Dowd is planning to rip President Bush like she has never ripped before in a dispatch set for Sunday publication, sources close to the columnist tell DRUDGE.

Dowd, courting controversy, declares: "The Boy Emperor picked up the morning paper and, stunned, dropped his Juicy Juice box with the little straw attached. 'Oh, man,' he wailed. 'North Korea's got nukes... 'Get me Condi!' the boy yelled. 'And a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.'"

Dowd refers to Bush as a "boy" no less than ten times in the column she's planning to file.

"'Huh?' the Boy said."

Dowd mocks.

MORE

"Boy Emperor was starting to feel bamboozled."

Dowd stabs.

'"Why are we mad at North Korea for flouting its international agreements when we flout our international agreements?' the Boy wondered."

Dowd pops.

"...the Boy pressed."

Dowd punches.

"The Boy Emperor was more befuddled than ever."

On and on Dowd goes until she hits 711 brutal words, and finally comes up for air.

I think it is time to go on the offensive with the following as a minimum:

NY Times Dowd Daschle

You'd think she'd refrain from telling age jokes, given the amount of Vasilene on the lens of the camera that took that picture.

I would love to hear the screams and howls of Dems if anyone dared write as crappy a hatchet job without any truth behind it (obviously different that the Clintoon stories) about one of their Presidents.

These people deserve a demigod dictator - they set themselves up to elect men with no principle, no ethics, no shame and no God.

I fart in her general direction - she is not worth the energy to spit.

Clinton gave North Korea the bomb and Dowd goes hysterical over Catherine Zeta Jones 2nd pregnancy and takes it out on an honorable Bush administration. What a psycho.

Clinton gave North Korea the bomb...

That's exactly what this is all about. The news is out that the NYT's two heros, Clinton and Carter, made the biggest foreign policy error (act of treason) in the history of the United States with the full support of the NYT and they're lashing out to deflect attention. They're irresponsible scum liars.

Dear Ms. Dowd:

I have seen your column in which you attempt to refer to President Bush as the "Boy Emperor". I don't know the back of which cereal box you plucked this monicker from, but it is instantly recognisable as being symptomatic of your continuing spouting of utter nonsense at the President. The President is not an Emperor, nor does he behave as if his trappings are imperial. Rather, that sort of behaviour can be ascribed to Bill Clinton, whose philosophy of government apparently was "L'etat c'est moi", and bent the offices of that state accordingly.

I don't know if this odd behaviour on your part comes from the fact that Bill Clinton apparently sent Michael Douglas to "distract" you. Once Clinton was out of danger, indeed, Douglas dropped you for Catherina Zeta Jones. No, dropped is too mild a term: he ditched, abandoned, dumped, rejected, discarded, put in the toilet bowl and flushed you. I would suggest that in spite of what logic may occur to you as a liberal (and that is indeed minimal), bashing President Bush will not bring him back, nor will it fill the barren Sahara of your womb.

Indeed, it is getting to the point where your epithets may even turn off New York Times readers, at least those who are not bored to sleep by the Pretentious Grey Bimbo by the time they reach your blatherings. In which case, you may be deprived of your sole form of psychological release, littering published materials and the internet with your brain droppings.

In other words, get a grip Maureen.

It sounds like every other Dowdy column written since 9-11. Her trivialia just doesn't play in a world at war. And she's very upset about that.

Dropping Dowdy for Catherine Zeta-Jones? Talk about trading up!

What a consistent bitch she is for a pleasant enough looking woman. I think she projects her personal issues on ALL of us.

Hey...don't all liberals do that?

I would suspect the reason Zeta Jones is pregnant and Dowd is not has something to do with menopause.

I sure hope Dowd LURKS here but I doubt it.

I think Micheal Douglas had to pay several million in his divorce settlement with his ex. It looks to me like Micheal
