One or two more 9/11-level attacks and the citizens of many countries will probably form vigilante groups and take the law into their own hands. Thankfully I live in an area almost completely devoid of Muslims, so I don't ever have to worry about half my town being burned to the ground in the process.
These monsters would rape, mutilate, and make sexual slaves of every Christian girl they could get their hands on. They would enslave every Christian boy they could get their hands on. They would use every trick in the book to lead these children away from Christ and into their false religion.
Our Lord had some things to say about caring for little children and not letting them be harmed or misled by evildoers.
I don't think that I can find Biblical warrant for going out of my way to harm Muslim children, women, or even men who are just quietly going about their daily lives. But I do think that there is good Biblical warrant for standing up, and even putting our lives on the line, against those Muslims who are actively engaged in their jihad against us. It isn't an issue of me turning the other cheek because my cheek is being struck, but rather of not looking the other way while my brother or sister or child in Christ is being struck.
By 2045, there will be no Islam - or 80% of the world's population will be gone.
Watching Bush on TV tell the world how the Muslims are such peace loving people, I would say it is a lost cause.
People STILL dont get it.
That's how it starts. It's a very good beginning for them. It's a foot in the door. Don't you see that?
Very true. I don't know how it's going to end (well, I don't know the specifics, but I trust that it will end as the Bible and the Church teach), but I think we've been living in a fool's paradise. Our ignorance of history has led us to forget that as recently as the 19th and early 20th century, Islam was attacking various parts of southern Europe and the Mediterranean.
As for Islamic proseltysing, yes, of course, they have the right to preach and attempt to sway people to their beliefs. But that's not the way Islam works; it began with forced conversions, and it has extended itself with forced conversions, and it does not look as if its historical pattern is about to change.
Surah 9:29It's Islam stupid."Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."
Congratulations -- you've just put yourself on the same footing as the people you condemn. I suppose you're going after all the Hindus, Jews, and Buddhists at some point too. Any other parts of the Constitution you care to ignore?
But we still advocate that those missionaries be given that right, and Christian missionaries do operate in relative peace in many other parts of the world. It's how the religion spread in the first place. But you're apparently claiming that peaceful prosletyzing should be limited to Christianity alone.
Don't mistake Mohammadenism for Christianity.
In the article "this particular cleric" states that, "[Christians] will yet pay us the Jiziya [poll tax paid by non-Muslims under Muslim rule], in humiliation, or they will convert to Islam..."
This is straight out of the Koran:
Surah 9:29From the Catholic Encyclopedia entry under Mohammed and Mohammedanism:"Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."
In matters political Islam is a system of despotism at home and aggression abroad. The Prophet commanded absolute submission to the imâm. In no case was the sword to be raised against him. The rights of non-Moslem subjects are of the vaguest and most limited kind, and a religious war is a sacred duty whenever there is a chance of success against the "Infidel". Medieval and modern Mohammedan, especially Turkish, persecutions of both Jews and Christians are perhaps the best illustration of this fanatical religious and political spirit.
The Catholic Church has been bashed for centuries regarding Her role in the Crusades. It's about time the Church got some credit for them. It was the Catholic kingdoms that drove the Mohammedans out of Europe.
How you arrived at that conclusion is beyond me.
It's nauseating. I believe that it will take two more 9/11 equivalents to wake up our society. OBL may actually be doing us a favor.
