I'm sure it has been. Down with Cops!
The producers got themselves in some hot water last year when during an interview, the subject came up. The guy answered that whenever its possible, they try not to show african americans or hispanics getting arrested, he gave some estimate that around 75% to 80% of the material that is edited out features minorities. He only uses minorites when its "exciting footage". Alot of people were unhappy with those comments and started claiming this proved the show was racist. Personally, I don't watch the show, so I can't say for sure.
So does the police blotter.
