Not at all...Alan will be the first to admit that he arrived to our Rally Site as an IGNORANT DOLT and it took some good, hard-hitting educatin' by me and TBM to make him see the light...LOL!!

TBM deserves the lion's share of the credit, though...Alan really seemed impressed with hisself to be debating with a FoxNewsChannel Regular, although Alan admitted that he doesn't have a TeeVee either.

We did have a lot of Freepers come from relatively far away – Kentucky (“I'm home safely in Kentucky now. . . . [B]oy are my arms tired;^),” says Fred Mertz), Connecticut, New York, New Jersey.

But many probably agree with a post from a Freeper named Meyer: “Nice job to all of you in DC that braved the chilly weather to make a show. I wish there had been more, but most of us have jobs and obligations. We aren't living off the public dole like a gang of leeches. They are and that is why a few thousand of them can afford to travel to Washington from all over the place.” Point taken.

Along those lines, consider this mock news report:

I left the marine barracks a little early to walk down the north side of Pennsylvania Avenue and get a better look at the parade than I could in those close quarters.

I jotted down notes of signs I saw and will post a link to my list of signs and descriptions of protestors soon.

One thing of great interest to me was a group of college Republicans on a balcony at 600 Penn. Ave., drinking champagne and taunting the protestors with a sign that said "Hippies Go Home." I tried to talk to them but the police officers guarding them didn't want anyone approaching and kinda assumed I was with the parade. I think these kids were college Republicans.

I also saw a protestor getting arrested by the Capitol Police Saturday near where Pennslyvania Avenue abuts the Capitol grounds.

I witnessed the usual environmental damage, including protestors leaving the parade early but cutting across the law of the Capitol on the grass, thus damaging it. Wouldn't be so bad if they each chose their own way. But I was fascinated/not surprised to note they tended to follow each other's path along the grass. Figures.

David Horowitz was on Hannity & Colmes last night saying just what we were chanting: "A.N.S.W.E.R. is a front for the "Workers World Party"(which is headquartered in NORTH KOREA!"). Every "anti-war" participant group had ties to a communist organization. It was, in reality, an "anti-America" rally. Rush has been saying this all week as well. Well DUH! We all saw the red hammer & sycle flags and ISO fists on Saturday (which the leftist media so conveniently failed to report)!

PS: The leftist opposing Mr. Horowitz last evening was a guy named Kevin Martin (bearded white man not to be mistaken for our own TBM).

The mainstream media has to pick up on this: it's not red-baiting if it's *true.* And it's an important, newsworthy point: how many of these college kids know who they're affiliated with. (Sigh -- I almost don't want to know the answer to that question.)

As I walked back to the Metro, the trash was all over the streets. They are the biggest bunch of pigs and hypocrites that walk the face of the planet. I got on the Metro with my Patriots Rally button on my coat. They young minds of mush would notice it a stare. It was wall to wall libs as the Metro rolled into VA. I was listening to their conversations and their excitement of a big day. All as I could do was sit there and wonder if they will ever wake up.
