The GOP should organize a massive protest by Hispanic groups. They should send people to the Senate to protest this outrage. Make it all about the Demos being anti-Hispanic.

and, why, pray tell, are the Republican Senators not forcing this into a true and full fillibuster?
When did partial and excepted fillibusters become licit in the constitutional laws defining senate proceedure?

I have an idea that will TERRIFY the rats. A tax strike. We don't send any of our taxes until Estrada gets the vote. You don't do you job we will not do ours! Have the president announce clemency to any proclaimed stikers. Maybe they will ignore it until April 15th but afterwards it will get their attention!

Another idea: Defund the left. Make sure no leftist programs, none, get a penny until Estrada gets his vote. Make the very people who are pushing the RATS into this SCREAM like the pigs they are. We can defund by default, by not listing the stuff they want so they can't get it passed. Every time the whine about how so and so needs money you simply say, not until Estrada get the vote, a perfect way to defund the left or get him in. A win/win situation.

**The decision today by 44 Senators to continue to filibuster and block a vote on this nomination is a disgrace.**
And the loss of seats for dims in Hispanic populated areas is even going to be more of a disgrace to them...............................who wins in the long run?
Bush and Estrada and the GOP!!!
RNC -- are you taking notes on these 44 bigoted dims so that the Hispanic discrimination material can be used in their purported re-election campaigns?

Can anyone please tell me, and everyone else out there for that matter, where the nomination stands right now?? I would especially like to know if we've been sold out by Frist.
I'm kinda in the dark right now.

President Bush said tonight in his press conference when referring to the irrelevant UN
"...it's time to show your cards." I think his statement applies to obstruction hypocrit democrat senators as well, President Bush raised the ante, offered all 100 Senators to write questions that they wanted Miguel Estrada to answer by last week Friday, and Estrada would have the answers to them by today, Thursday. Well, not one single senator wrote one single question so "...it's time to show your cards"...and vote until you run out of chips, as in bull....

I went to www.senate.gov, clicked on the votes link but couldn't find today's cloture vote. Where can I find a list of how every senator voted?
