I am compiling a list of all the imbedded reporters in Iraq. I can find a list like that anywhere. I need help from FReepers.
Please post: Reporter, Employer, Attached unit.
I believe this list can be VERY useful to all people following the war.

There are 238 of them apparently, as Pravda reported in
this article.

The article I found was written in Jan. of this year.
Here's exactly what it said:
Still others - 238 by Feb. 7, including the Monitor's Pentagon correspondent Ann Tyson - will have gone through weeklong courses at bases in Georgia and Virginia, where they're training to be "embedded," or follow individual US military units to war.
No doubt there might have been many more who made it through the courses as it became apparent the war was fast approaching.
