We have been called upon to pray for them during these desperate days. In an effort to pray more consistently and effectively this list has been compiled. There is one prayer focus and related verse for 31 days.

Well, I'm not against Protestant preachers per se. My favorite is probably D. James Kennedy. And I thought I would like Charles Stanley. But one night I tried to listen carefully to what he was saying, and it wasn't very coherent. It would be interesting to read a transcript of one of his sermons. Fast talkers get a bad rap for a reason.

I am not an expert on his speaking although what I have heard I've found very solid and helpful. However, he does say the word "Listen!" too often to the point of it being annoying (although it's good advice).
