Methinks she's a white Whoopie Goldberg, who hasn't said anything funny for years.

Stupid is as Janeane does.

She is not even rational. "Dissent is being criminalized?" She's just another liberal, victim-mentality liar.

Hollywood is made up of mental cases. You, sir, have just insulted all of the poor souls who actually are mental cases.
You should be ashamed of yourself.

Isn't it about time for Maher to assert that Saddam's troops are more brave than ours?

I think the operative word is audience. His panel was surprisingly balanced for a Maher program, but his audience was definitely lefty.

I've seen the picture of that sign. How is that making poop up? Evidence is readily available. How stupid is this woman anyway?

This bitch has a bad case of JJS.
Jesse Jackson Syndrome =
Wake up first thing in the morning and look into the mirror only to be disappointed that you are the same person you were the day before.
Makes a person bitter and angry.

She's pissed because those Fox hosts kicked her ass on live TV...Brian Kilmeade took her apart. It was the first time she had to defend the crap coming out of her mouth.
As for stupid, I'll compare my academic credentials with her's anyday.

she's "cultured & worldly." she wears black-framed glasses and turtlenecks. she MUST be smarter than the rest of us.Don't forget, she also has greasy unkempt hair, greasy unwashed skin, and a general disheveled appearance.
I remember one time Julia Roberts went to speak to Congress about a pet cause and she wore the nerdy black framed glasses, unkempt hair, and baggy dumpy clothes. Everything for those people is approached as a movie role.

Garofalo pretty much let the cat out of the bag when she was asked why she didn't protest the bombing of Serbia by Clinton. Her reply was that it just "wasn't hip" back then. The fact is that Garofalo wouldn't be saying a word if it was Clinton who ordered the liberation of Iraq. Why? As she said, it wouldn't be "hip."Which means you'd think she'd have the brains to realize what she's spewing now is not "hip" either, outside of her very tiny circle of personal friends. She's absolutely wrecking any chance of a future mainstream career (which, despite her own personal belief otherwise, she has NEVER had). Does anyone here really think that a network is going to give her a starring role in a sitcom even ten or fifteen years from now, when all that Middle America will ever remember of her is this crap?
You'd better pray Garry Shandling plans a "Larry Sanders" reunion movie someday, baby, cause that's the only meaningful work you're gonna get. You're too short, you're frumpy looking, and you're already pushing 40, which means those wacky Gen-X/Gen-Y sleeper movie roles are going to stop coming pretty soon. Most kids under 18 already can't relate to people like you, neither attitudinally (studied sarcasm doesn't work on them dear, they want it legitimate or not at all) nor politically.
In short, Jenny - may I call you Jenny? Oh, I don't care - you're SCREWED. I hope you had one hell of an investment adviser.

Dissent is being criminalized. Standard lefty line. Criticism of their views is labelled as "censorship" of "dissent", self-appointing themselves as heroic actors. It's a grandiose pose. Also it's an example how they are the least likely to listen to other views. Instead of argument they rely on incredulity about polls. Almost always they talk in slogans and talking points.
wonderful way for really stupid people to hook up. They meet...they tell stories about who their favorite Fox anchor is...
LOL! Lurking on FR seems to be a pasttime for many. Hi!

What did you think of Larry Miller?
He seems to be coming into his own as the serious counter weight to Maher with the lefty and righty doing most of the fighting. I laughed my ass off on Friday nite at some of his lines.

Her face is compliments of Revlon ! Her purchases of Revlon were made possible by the producers in Hollywood who felt sorry for a foul-mouthed standup comedienne who appealed to disenfranchised club drunks !

I used to think Jeanane (I'm not going to waste my time trying to spell her stupid name right) was one of those objective Gen Xers who distrusted the Hollywood establishment and chose to carve her own path.
But....she's just another left-wing twit whose career is flatlining.
To: Paul Atreides
From the
Washington Post:
'How did the 38-year-old actress drift into politics? "Now that I'm sober I watch a lot of news," she says, quickly adding that critics will snort: "See, she had a drinking problem! I knew she was crazy!"'
