We made them drink poison last night Is this a product of the translation, or is he actually claiming credit for the CN and mustard gas contamination of the Euphrates discovered the other day?

Someone has been sniffing too much glue... I wonder how many of the Iraqis actually see or hear this and how many believe it. This guy is almost as funny as the North Korean propaganda artists. The left wing press sure loves it, don't they?

My TV was on, and his babbling woke me up. The translator on Fox was laughing at him, the Arab journalists were edgy and restless, and his voice was quavering on the edge of hysteria. At the same time, they were doing split screen, and they were showing our guys laughing on the parade ground.

Can someone PLEEEZ post a picture of his head imposed on the Black Knight of Monty Python fame!

"They're coming to take me away. Haha!" "The doors made me do it!" (old Ida Lupino flick)
To: saquin
I think it's just brilliant that we've allowed this doofus to keep talking. No one can fail to see what the regime is up to with this propaganda.

This is almost classic Monty Python...."it's just a flesh wound...I've had worse..."
So much material for Saturday Night Live, but of course, they won't use it. They'll continue to do skits about Bush & Cheney.

Is it just me or have all the Iraqi despots been using the kind of flowery melodramatic language one finds in old Flash Gordon serials?

We were watching it. My husband said, "I would love to see one of our guys walk up behind this guy right about now and put a gun to his head."
To: saquin
Comic Relief....that's all I can say, besides: bizarre, twisted, propaganda and lies taken to new levels, exceeds Klintoon's performances....... : )

The New York Slimes will hire this guy in a skinny minute. After five years as their chief correspondent in the Middle East, he will receive a Pulitzer for his unbiased reportage on the Palistinian "problem". You heard it here first.

When this was on live, all three of the cable networks' translators translated it as POISON.

To properly enjoy that transcript,
You have to picture him in a split screen with A10s zooming past the camera in the other window, and Tanks and Bradleys in the street, and destroyed Iraqi equipment burning...
