**George Bush has done something remarkablehis relentless prosecution of the war on terrorism has had the effect of a hand grenade, tossed into the collective minds of the worlds doubters.**
Especially the Dysfunctional Doubting Democrats le Daschle.

It seems to contradict President Bush who have said:
Im not sure the role of the United States is to go around the world and say this is the way its got to be. I want to empower people. And Bush has been remarkably consistent, hasn't he? He's said on many occasions that Iraq will be governed by Iraqis, and they will choose their leaders and form of gov't.
That drives the UN nuts, of course, but he's determined that Iraq will be governed by Iraqis, not the US, and not the UN.

But as Rush always points out, the reason conservatives lost after Reagan was that we thought our job was done and that people had finally seen the light. I mean, we defeated the evil empire so what credibility could the left have? Enter Willie the Slickmeister Ross Perot.

For the greatest force for good in the world is embodied in the United States of America. We have the wisest leader; and the strongest, best equipped military in the world. Most important of all, we have the American people, much more resilient and powerful than their enemiesor even they themselvesmay have previously realized. Bump!

Iraqi boys in a village near the city of Najaf in Central Iraq appear glad to be back in school April 4, for the first time since the war started. U.S. Army soldiers from the 422nd Civil Affairs Battalion helped clean up the school that was damaged by artillery fire. The soldiers also took money out of their own pockets to pay the teacher several months salary in advance. U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Kevin P. Bell

Got this in an e-mail today.
Sandstorms
I am sure that all of you heard about the sandstorm in Iraq Tuesday and Wednesday (the worst in 100 years some say) and the drenching rain that followed the next day. Our troops were bogged down and couldn't move effectively. The media was already wondering if the troops were in a "quagmire" and dire predictions of gloom and doom came from the left wing media.
What they didn't report was that yesterday, after the weather had cleared, the Marine group that was mired the worst looked out at the plain they were just about to cross.
What did they see?
Hundreds if not thousands of antitank and antipersonnel mines had been uncovered by the wind and then washed off by the rain.
If they had proceeded as planned, many lives would have undoubtedly been lost.As it was, they simply drove around them and let the demolition teams destroy them. Thank you G-d, for protecting our young men!
One person once asked George Washington if he thought G-d was on his side.
His reply is reported to be, "It is not that G-d should be on our side, but that we be on His."
G-d Bless Our Troops !!!!
