PREDICTION:

We've said here on FR that once Iraq is liberated, the "human shields" will be in danger from the Iraqis, as they will be seen as Saddam supporters who tried to help him stay in power .

I say that any human shield who is assaulted by Iraqis will claim publicly that s/he was only attacked as a scapegoat for "atrocities" commited by the coalition troops-even if the attackers are shouting things that make it clear it's the human shield's support of Saddam to which they object-and the leftist media will solemnly repeat that spin as gospel.
