I'll say. Shep and Rick are talking baseball & basketball.
They should hire some of us to liven things up.

That is an interesting thought...he certainly looked healthy and rested. More than Rick L., so the "he's resting" idea seemed absurd really. And he didn't seem the type to have screwed up and be removed from duties and Fox keeping it quiet, SO, your theory honestly seems most likely.
I had said before, but I'll say again, that Sunday night I was shutting stuff down and did a quick check of the Daily Thread and "picked up chatter" from you guys that all kinds of action was plainly going on right on the Baghcams, so I turned one on, then turned the tv back on. Thank goodness I did, as I ended being here with everybody witnessing that video of Greg Kelly right there at the palace. That is something I'll never forget----and it is thanks to the Daily Thread that I didn't miss it, so I'll always be thankful for that.

Looks like we lost a Marine yesterday.(Wednesday)
Also Wednesday: _A Marine from the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force was apparently shot and killed in Baghdad by another Marine after being mistaken for an enemy soldier. The Marine's identity is being withheld while his family is notified. An investigation is under way.

I heard someone (Shep, maybe?) say yesterday that Greg is ok ...... he's exhausted and resting for a few days.
I'm guessing that these embedded reporters have gained a whole new perspective of our military ...... and a LOT of respect.

Have y'all been to the "Which Country is Next" website?
http://www.whichcountryisnext.com/Main.aspx It allows you to choose the country you think is next in line for liberation.
At this time, France is leading the pack. LOL!

Does anyone know how old Rick L is? (I am just curious... I have a hubby already) - I do like watch Shep and Rick every evening.
Also I kinda missed the part about the little set-up room where Saddam (?) did the thick eyeglass thing, did they say they found the eyeglasses there and where was this place they had film of while talking about it?
