NC Freepers, come meet Rep. Richard Burr in Greenville on 4/23!

Eastern North Carolina FReepers,
Congressman Richard Burr (R, 5th District) will be in Greenville on Wednesday, April 23 to meet eastern NC voters.
Burr, who has announced that he will not run for re-election, is hoping to replace our ambulance-chasing Senator (and Presidential candidate), John Edwards.
This will be a "sandwich supper" at 6:30 PM, at the Ham Store in Greenville. Cost is $5.00.
Come on out to meet Rep. Burr!
I will be there, and I hope other NC FReepers will join me.

I've been lookiing for his website.
I won't make it to that particular meeting but I'm sure he will be in the Raleigh area soon. I really would like to hear him.

I did a brief search for his site this morning.
I think that he has only announced that he has formed an "exploratory committee" or something.
Thus, no "Burr For US Senate 2004" site.
Just my guess.

I was very impressed with Congressman Burr, how about you? Very! Hubby and I have decided to work on his campaign. I heard last night that Jim Snyder is shooting for Richard's seat. Any confirmation?
