Good for Mr Farah!! Far from egocentric (and assuming that he is describing CAIR accurately), I respect him for having the courage to stand up to these godless freaks of nature. I have read his web site, World Net Daily, for about a year now, and find it to be an excellent source of information - especially in a world where all major "mainstream news" outlets are controlled by the extreme left. While I don't know much about Mr. Farah personally, his article describing the evils of CAIR certainly resonated with me.

No. The reason CAIR lies so much is that some Muslims live in a fantasy world, where Baghdad Bob tells the truth and Israelis are bloodsuckers and America is evil. They need to keep lying to reassure each other, because reality has an insistent way of intruding into their lives. They live with lies, and do everything they can to shield themselves from the truth.

CAIR would be very happy if Farah died, they do like to incite people against their critics, but that isn't why they are lying. If they stopped lying, everything would fall apart.
