With the intent being to 'flush' the people from the compound - woman hopefully shielding their children from the gas - was this not a half-bad plan?

Most people would have seeked fresh air - out of the compound.

But, not so with this group - THEY donned gas masks UNDER the direction of Vernon Wayne Howell AKA "David Death" instead!
