The U.S. Senate just confirmed Jeffrey Sutton to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals 52-41. Tom Harkin was bitterly opposed to the nomination.

I guess the Dems got tired of battling every would-be conservative judge. Its time to front load the nomination process and challenge the Dems to filibuster every single one of the President's nominees.

Yep, I'll bet Edwards, Kerry and Lieberman were out campaigning and Frist decided to move this candidate through while the foxes were away from the hen house!
