Exactly! The lack of law abiding citizens ready and able to defend themselves creates a target rich environment.

Hmmm... Ironic I bet Feinstien's body guards are packing. Yeah take the weapons away from us so that the real criminals will have the weapons leaving us with nothing to defend ourselves.

Are you guys going to vote for Bush even though he will sign this?
I will.

Ha, Feinstein used to pack heat herself back in Kali. Seriously!

The difference is in the definition of an assault weapon. The current law and Feinstein's bill cast a narrower net than does the proposal by House Democrats. This is perfect. Let them write a 'new' assault weapons ban. It will have an even slimmer chance of passing than the renewel of the existing law. Plus, Bush is not committed to signing a 'new' law.

I know it won't reach his desk anyways, but if by some miracle it did, and he signed it I GUARANTEE YOU he will be a one term President.
And I'm already seriously considering voting for someone else after the Patriot Act and the fact that he was against arming pilots, do you think I would vote for him after he signed an AWB extension or signed a bill to make it permanent???
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

And now as a direct result of the "AWB" pocket and compact size handguns are becoming all the rage as you cannot buy new magazines that hold more than ten rounds anyways. An unintended consequence of the ban. We now have much higher quality and more powerful pocket (CCW) guns available, and a nice variety of them as well.

Hmmm... Ironic I bet Feinstien's body guards are packing. Actually, DiFi has one of the few carry permits ever issued in SanFran.

Ha, Feinstein used to pack heat herself back in Kali. Seriously!Used to? You mean she quit? Maybe she can't get a license for D.C. and just has to make do with armed security guards?

My guess is that you didn't vote for Bush in 2000, either. So who cares?

Hmmm...gotta get me one of those TEC-9sGot one. Got a KG-99 as well. Bought them mostly because they were being banned and I felt a need to own them for that reason. I've Fired both of them extensively. They both have proven to be highly reliable and I actually hit a target with one of them once.

I do. I don't want this country turning into the 4th reich or the union of american socialists, but when both choices suck bigtime, you have to vote for someone else. It's just that simple. I don't vote for candidates who support unconstitutional positions. I wish I could vote for Ron Paul....but I don't live in Texas.

"The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
Its actually ...
"..., the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."
But I heed your warning of grammatical challenges.

Thanks Fraulein.
Can I ask the origin of your username?

Everything I own has been deemed illegal by certain unconstitutional (IMHO) statutes in California.LOL! That is the best way to buy.
