Turner's bill has made it through the New Jersey Senate but has run into stiff opposition in the General Assembly from lobbies representing companies taking advantage of the cheap offshore labor.

The largest single employer in the U.S. isn't worried about this; it's the Federal Government.
It will never give out pink slips, and if it's P/E ratio gets out of whack it will on it's own behest raise tariffs, taxes, fees (phone esp), legalize anything except for drugs (the cash cow thru property confiscation and fines) and all the while building monuments to the Byrd-Man.
