you go to any of the dump davis or recall gray davis functions? (just wondering..) I have given out several of the petitions to both republicans and democratic voters... The younger they are,(well, all ages can be), and not fully folowing politics, the more difficult they are to reason. Have to then use soft persuasion debates to either convince them of right vs wrong... Bottom line, I do get them to think when I leave them the statement, you decide, it is your life! ;o)

I went to 2 Dump Davis rallies. One was a fundraiser featuring Hillary Clinton, and the other one with Bill Clinton. I've been to a couple of meetings, also. Unfortunately, if the kids are home I can't go anymore. While I was a meeting, someone called the cops on my kids for fighting. Actually that ended kind of funny; the cops came in and saw the Dump Davis bumper sticker on my printer, my son and they looked at each other, started laughing and left.

There aren't too many people left who like Gray Davis, and the more oxen he gores, the better chance that the recall will work. Just have to let people know about the community college fee hike, and the car registration fee hike. Those issues affect everyone. Heck stone cold Democrats are wondering how on earth they're going to drive if they can't afford to register their cars. Davis is doing an excellent job of getting himself recalled :)
