Despite a military-style embargo, Hillary Rodham Clinton's memoir, "Living History" -- still in literary lockdown until Monday -- is being sold in at least one U.S. bookstore. The Washington Post bought a couple of copies there yesterday.
. . .
Writing about her husband's public confession on national television, she says that more than a half-dozen of Clinton's advisers -- including Paul Begala, James Carville and Harry and Linda Thomason -- met with him in the solarium to help him craft a mea culpa. "I stayed away, at first," Hillary Clinton writes. "I didn't much want to help Bill compose his public statement on a matter that violated my sense of decency and privacy. Finally, though, out of habit, maybe curiosity, perhaps love, I went upstairs." She writes sympathetically of her husband's dilemma -- wanting to apologize, but not wanting to look like a weakened president in the eyes of the world.

"I didn't much want to help Bill compose his public statement on a matter that violated my sense of decency and privacy. Finally, though, out of habit, maybe curiosity, perhaps love, I went upstairs." Freudian turn of phrase there, "habit". She had to help in this type of jam so many times I imagine it was a habit.

I think this book is going to be something she regrets. It is intended to garner support for her and distance her from Bill. What it is doing is showing her ability to lie in the face of overwhelming truth. Even Sid contradicts her and he is one of her lap dogs. It will be interesting to see Morris' comments.
The early release is not helping either. Might be one of those things that fall under the Law of Unintended Consequences.

You're right. The book will also make her even more of a laughing stock, even among her defenders. Miss Hitlery's book does not make the Clinton saga go away; it just reveals more details of the Clinton litter that was left by these two trashy pretenders.

...that violated my sense of decency...What a crock of crap!
With Hitlery it isn't so much Billy Goat getting serviced in the oval orifice (both my Monica and by himself in a sink), it's this lying piece of trailer trash upstairs knowing what's happening all the time.
She knew this raping animal got his jollies elsewhere and approved. This was just the "understanding" this sinister duo had throughout their USSR arranged marriage and careers.

That would be Flabio.

Most Liberals are sleezy anyway, why should Hillary be upset that Bill is a sleezbag?

Agreed - and for political expediency. I'm just waiting for the book "The Clintons in the Years before the White House", and see how Hillary reacted to ALL the affairs and indiscretions Bill had with the other women..... and how she accepted and "helped" him 'out of love - ie. political lust for power". And of course, I want to know how and when she cut him off and started having her own little affairs with men (opps.... they aren't around any more) and women (wonder if one will come forward?). After all, she was young and probably hadn't decided to become celibate for the rest of her life. Anyway, the pre-white house years would put the recent stuff into it's proper perspective. I can see the quotes from Willey, Broderick, Jones, and (wishfully thinking) the other women all of whom poor Hillary KNEW about and yet dismissed Bill's actions for her own goals.
Forgive the typos please.

HILLAY is now saying in her book that her running for the New York Senate Seat was the hardest decision she ever had to make in her life, besides whether or not to divorce BILL CLINTON over MONICA-GATE.
How does this now square with HILLARY's threatening a very popular JFK jr to...
.."Just Forget About it"..
when he told HILLARY he was thinking of running for the same New York Senate Seat she was early in the year of his sudden Death..?

These weasels are dedicated assassins whose role is to leave America in shambles....and the beat goes on!

After Vince Foster, Ron Brown and many more God awful situations the Clintons were a party to, the news inference about JFK Jr. doesn't surpise me. She (they) are awful, hateful selfish people. I don't doubt for a minute she is capable of such a horrible thing.
