D.C. Chapter Twin-Freep of Hillary Book Appearances: Fairfax, Va. , June 11; D.C. June 12

The D.C. Chapter of Free Republic invites all FReepers and lurkers in good standing to join us this week as we roll out the red (blecch!) carpet for Her Heinous, Hillary!, at promotional appearances in Fairfax, Virginia and Washington, D.C. for her memoirs, Living History.

6 p.m. Wednesday, June 11: Wal-Mart, 13059 Fair Lakes Parkway, Fairfax, Va.

Meet at Bagle Brothers by the Food Lion at 6 p.m. Bmwcyle is taking the lead on this, so he'll tell everyone where to set-up for the freep. The event starts at 7 p.m. Plan on fighting rush hour traffic to get there if you're coming from outside the Fairfax area--that means leave earlier than you think you should :-)

11 a.m. Thursday, June 12: Trover Books, 221 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, Washington, D.C.

The event starts at noon. We've put in a permit for the sidewalk in front of the store and for the wide grassy median across the street from the store. Given the narrow sidewalk and security, we'll probably end up on the median.

These are rain or shine freeps. As always, the D.C. Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence, no profanity, no racism, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.

So, Hillary's "brother" is gonna be there? She's not gonna be happy about this. ;-)

Make your signs big so they can be seen from a distance. And bring an umbrella :-(

Just picked up some posterboard and markers. I should be there by 6:00 unless someone does something really stupid on 66. I might have to duck into Tony's while I'm waiting though. See ya there.

I'm trying to get a friend of mine from work to go to the Wednesday Freep. If he doesn't show be sure to give nerdwithamachinegun a rash of Hillary.

Hillary

My sign will say...
Did Bill rape Wannetta Broderick?

What happened to Vince Foster?

Why did you hide the Rose Law
firm billing records?

Juanita's name is not spelled in the way that most of the newsheads pronounce it. It's not the first time the news folks got something wrong.

But, for the edification of everyone who's going to FReep Hillary on her lying tour this summer - the lady's name is spelled: J-u-a-n-i-t-a B-r-o-a-d-d-r-i-c-k.

Geez, I hope I typed that in right ;-)
