Well, it's not necessarily true. Most liberals get dumped in a heartbeat when they register and start trolling here. Also, some who claim to be conservatives, yet post like liberals (or anarchists or useful idiots for the anti-war, blame America first crowd, etc) get dumped.

You mean like WhiskeyPapa? He was a troll in Republican clothing, if you ask me. Glad he got the boot.

The letter in question:

Wonderful Hugh Hewitt article about blogs (The Big Four).

It's interesting, though. I went to both FreeRepublic.com and DemocraticUnderground.com, and found out that if you're not a "progressive" or Democrat, you'll be banned from posting on the latter site whereas FreeRepublic states its intent, but only asks for no "inappropriate" postings. The conservative site doesn't ban posting based on political proclivities.

All blogs are not the same.

--Aaron Levisay

I didn't know FR qualified as a 'blog'?

Free Republic is sort of a "community blog" where people post their thoughts in an interactive forum and where anybody else can respond to them with their own thoughts and opinions. I think it is far superior to a standard blog, which is just a one-man (or one-woman) vanity show.

When you put it that way, I have to agree.

I suspect you let MurryMom stay around for sheer humor value. Am I right?

Yup. We usually keep a few liberals around. Just for laughs.

Problem is, there are way more liberals applying than we have slots. We have to keep thinning the herds.

I hope you keep them safely chained in seperate cages in the basement.
They're dangerous in groups, or when cornered.
And when theyre hungry they get rather obnoxious.

Wait.. You already have the handbook on this.
And you have it there in your very hand!
That's cheating!
/ joke.
Have a goodone Jim.
