Free Republic was never intended as a place for people to bash each other. It's for conservatives to expose fraud and corruption in the government, etc, and to discuss ideas of how to defeat liberalism. Those of you who have some other agenda might have better luck elsewhere.

We do allow enough space for some amount of personal fun and goofing around, etc, but I will draw the line eventually when people start getting hurt. If you want to engage in flamewars and personal bashing, please do it somewhere else.

I think his intent was more along the lines of 'take your silly high schoolesqe drama elsewhere', as opposed to 'back to the pits from whence you came, liberal hellspawn'.

Well, the cable company installed mine!

And they have been back a few times.

Using them is transparent! You will need some additional software, suggest norton for Virus and firewall!

The only thing I have to do is get a router and hook it up to the other machine. It doesn't sound too terribly difficult. And of course the teenager will be the one crawling through the attic, not me. ;-)
