Kimmel's Getting Divorced Jun 18, 12:37 PM EST
(Associated Press) -- The wife of late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has filed for divorce after more than 13 years of marriage.
Gina Kimmel cited irreconcilable differences in court documents filed Monday in Superior Court. The couple will share joint custody of their two children, an 11-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son.
The pair separated in April.
An after-hours message left Tuesday for Gina Kimmel's attorney wasn't returned.
Kimmel, 35, is the host of ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and was co-host of "The Man Show" on Comedy Central. He was recently named to host the American Music Awards on Nov. 16.

They've been separated for some time now, I believe over two years.

I have to admit that I spent the summer between my sophomore and junior years in college attempting to drink like the Fox. If you ever get a chance to see reruns of the old shows, with The Fox, look closely at the mugs of beer he's guzzling. They're small mugs with a solid bottom that goes half way up the inside of the glass. I'd bet those mugs hold no more than 4-6 ozs. (By the way, the Fox died after the 2nd season).

Kimmel is a no talent hack, who will be forgotten in a few years...take away all sex and bathroom humor, and he has no material.
I hope his wife takes most of what that doofus made.

Say it aint so Jimmy....he is going down the same path Howard Stern went. I expect Jimmy to be shacked up with a model within a year.

Yeah, I noticed that about those mugs. Too bad he died, I wanted to go on the show and challenge him.

It's the same story as Howard Stern - What woman in her right mind would be with a guy who loves drooling over other women (most of whom are swimsuit and underwear models, strippers, and porn stars)?!
These guys have hurt their wives and their kids for scuzzy sluts that won't even want to hang around them in a few years.

The charm of the Man Show wears off quickly--it's only a gag, really, for annoying feminists and naggy wives. So I watched it once in a while just for that reason. Annoying a feminist is fun, but the show just wasn't.
Mostly, it was seldom as funny as the Idea of a Man Show, where men were safe to spit, swear, scratch, and leer.
Did think of "girls on trampolines" was a hoot. er.
