At the end of a Childs movie this was found...

We found something off today on one of the kids movies that we own. At the end of the film we ejected it out and just by chance noticed that a substantial amount of tape was left on it. Being a store bought tape (Wal-Mart) I thought it odd as most any movie you buy has just enough tape for its previews and the movie itself and little left over.

After we fast forwarded thru the end credits I was absolutely shocked to find about 40 minutes of a conference led by a Michael Ruppert (Someone I did not even know of until today) and his speaking to an audience at Portland State University.

It would have been one thing if it was a moment or tow of this as a mistake at the time the tape was created but this was about 45 minutes of this.

It had Michael Ruppert laying out his claims on how our government set up and knew of the impending attackes on the World Trade Center and how the CIA is a drug trader and on and on. How Bush stole the election.

Additionally, in the film was an interview with Congressman Ron Paul, Shelia Jackson Lee and one other.

What in the hell is this doing at the end of a kids movie?????

Has anyone else seen this before or heard of this??

I think somebody previously rented the tape and replaced it in the cartridge with a longer tape containing the movie and his whack job political views as a way of spreading them.
There is a good chance his fingerprints are somewhere in the cart.
Look for a website of one of the corporate antipiracy websites for someone to report it to.

Probably a tape that got sent back due to lack of sale and they recycled it. Or just a problem with the mass production machine. I had a book once where one cluster of pages (not even a clean chapter or anything) were in there twice, the second time replacing the cluster that should have been there (so it was like 50 - 100 twice with no 101 - 151). These machines go pretty fast and it doesn't take much to screw up a copy, it's amazing how few get messed up actually.

I would call the distributor of the film. I think that ICE AGE Is a Disney film, and tell them exactly what happened.

I would like to believe that but the tape itself has all the original print on its surface identifying it as ICE AGE and it would not have this if it were a blank tape.

It isn't difficult to crack an original cart and replace the tape. Nor is it difficult with a color scanner and printer to make duplicate labels. Either method will produce a cart that looks factory original.

True, However, there is no lable on this tape. As on many of the movies sold today in VHA format the surface of the tape itself has the white only lettering and logos of the film title, the FBI warning and the logos of 20th Century Fox. Yes, easy to print on a lable, but not to spray on the case of the cassett itself. I am willing to bet it was a recycled tape mismatched for its length and this garbage was on the end. The guy makes amazing accusations, thats for sure. I wonder how Ron pAul ties in and its easy to see why the shrieking Shelia Jackson Lee is in it.
