I atarted reading the Weisborg.org site. His prediction about the Peoples United States of Europe gave me pause.I think it was under the dissolution of NATO piece written in 1977.

From some of the writing it looks like Weisborg was trying to stir up race riots so his beloved revolution of the proletariat would occur. That site is a foundation. Wonder if the family is running a nonprofit. What frosts me is these commies made it in America. No money so they went to a public college (City College in his case). Then to Harvard. What was so terrible about America that they had to overthrow it? The country did well by them.

That's the thing about American Commies ... they all did/do well here and still hate our system. Communism doesn't work, has never worked, and the ONLY answer these types will say, is because it's not been led by the " right people "; meaning themselves.

When the Trotskyites fought with the Stalinist and the Stalinist later felt " betrayed " by Kruschev, it all stilled boild down to the who was running it all. They could never admit that their system didn't and doesn't work. They are the " TRUE BELIEVERS "; brainwashed, blinkered, braindead, and clueless.

Fomenting race wars was not only the brainchild of Manson! It was an ongoing communist ploy in America.I never try to explain the left...I can't.I can know the ideology but I can't understand why these people want to overthrow our government any more than I can truly understand suicide bombers.

Too bad they are not so good at what they do. But I guess that is the nature of cults. Fanatics never seem short of money.

The Commies drove out religion and started their own kind of cult.

The Senator "historian" who released the transcripts made no mention of anything but a few celebrities who were called. And he moaned about how injust that was. Fact is Aaron Copeland was a member of one communist front after the next. The DOJ almost indicted him for perjury but his fame allowed him to escape.

I wish McCarthy had put all the Korea War vets who testified in a room with the people who took the fifth, locked the door and came back a few hours later.

Didn't I read that Aaron Copeland was allowed to change his statement and so avoided prosecution? I was way too young to "understand" the ongoing communist organizations in America during Korea.I always thought McCarthy was right though unattractive in his TV appearance.I grew up in a Dem family and always voted for Republicans for national security's sake.Luckily my mate and I agreed and now my children do,too.

It once again comes down to power.Who has it and who wants it.If only they were in charge the communist dream would work.Evidence to the contrary isn't important.

CCCP represents the Cyrillic characters for SSSR

I'm aware of this. Just seemed a bit odd. That's all.

Believe Aaron Copland said he wasn't a communist or in the Party when applying for a passport. The FBI had people who said he was. The agency wanted to indict him but McCarthy had been censured and that was the end of that. They followed him for years however. Don't see his files at the Freedom of Information Act Reading Room. (the Hugo Black files looks interesting....)

no doubt that these some of these people were dedicated, communist party members, out to destroy the united states.

why the los angeles times still celebrates their deaths with long, pleasant obituaries is beyond me.

one of their recent obits had the fellow who died remark, to the effect, that the communist party members were the only ones for humanism. so he joined. the context was, well, it was just a light-hearted, normal thing to do.
