Bob Graham's Latest Five Letter Word: Impeachment

Posted on 07/18/2003 1:37:25 PM PDT by Arthur Wildfire! March

The man can't even count past five, as was evidenced when Senator Bob Graham tried to count the letters in the word, 'deceit'. Now for his new five letter word: 'impeach'. Graham might not be smart enough to count the fingers of more than one hand, but he knows so much more about the articles of impeachment than we do. Oh, yes. He's brilliant. He was elected in Flori-duh, after all.

But I have some questions for Mr. Graham: when will he call for the impeachment of his fellow senators who beg campaign fund raisers from someone whom the senate had the good sense to condemn [by a vote of ninety five]. How meaningful is it to condemn someone for pardoning bomb terrorists when you turn around and ask for campaign fund raisers from the guy? That, I would say, is impeachable.

But we must understand, the meaning of 'lie' is being re-defined. A lie is something democrats don't like. And as far as they are concerned, a lie is an impeachable act. But don't you dare condemn someone who pardons a crack manufacturer in exchange for cash to his brother-in-law. No, no, that is kool, man. That's being slick. That's the kind of go-getter you should look for when you need campaign money.

No, when someone quotes British intelligence, and his quote is confirmed by the Prime Minister, that is a lie and impeachable. Cobble that with the old reports about alumninum tubes, and you got yourself an impeachment hearing, baby.

These dodos want a fight? Let's give them a fight! The only thing saving them is the spinelessness of the Republican congress, which failed to hold impeachment hearings over filegate, Chinagate, Waco, Ron Brown, Tainted Blood, and other extreme reasons that more than justified impeachment. Perhaps the Republican congress might deserve these vipers sinking venomous teeth in its flesh, but the American people deserve better.

It's time for the counter offensive. I'm completely fed up. Tomorrow, I am taking to the streets to lead by example and begin my 'Flush for the Clintons' campaign. The blue dress, if mentioned, will be at the bottom of a very long, radioactive, and blood-stained list.

If anyone can reach Halifax County, VA tomorrow, please post or private message me.

Maybe Graham hasn't bounced back, mentally, from his heart surgery... Recovering from a body beating

When Sen. Bob Graham underwent surgery Friday for a faltering heart valve, he and more than 200 other Americans that day had a procedure that has become routine in its frequency yet remains brutal in its assault on the body. [snip]

Almost three-fourths of heart patients have some cognitive dysfunction -- called "brain fog" -- for as long as six months after surgery. In about 10 percent, the mental fuzziness is permanent, Singh says.

I wonder if the left would accept any of these responses:

"Everybody does it"

"Depends on what the meaning of 'The British government has learned that' is"

"They are just trying to reverse the election results (again)"

"It's a vast left wing radical conspiracy to destroy this administration"

"Let him get on with his job working for the American people"

"Doesn't rise to the level of impeachment"

"Censure and move on"

That article is dated February 4th, which is before he admitted that his surgery was even more extensive than expected. Here's an article from February 20th:

http://www.cnn.com/2003/ALLPOLITICS/02/20/graham.campaign.ap/

I think he wanted to keep the more extensive part hidden. I remember local Florida papers bringing it up before he made a statement.

He is an idiot.....He has a glorified image of himself,
he must carry his mirror with him and say 100 times a
day as he looks at..I love you ,Bob. He wouldn't make
a pimple on President Bush's posterior. Why the press
even covers these Presidential nobodies is a mystery for
the pundits to ponder..a few of them remind me of some
of the Democrats who ended up on skid row !! Jake

Bob Graham is one dumb guy. He says NOTHING except Dem talking points.

Is that true that he thought "deceit" had five letters? He's even DUMBER than I thought!

And President Clinton's lying under oath didn't rise to the level of an impeachable offense but somehow 16 words President Bush said in his State Of The Union Address does. Its just like the Democrats to lower their standards when it happens to be a President from the other party in power. Hypocrites!

The heck of it is, Clinton was lying about Monica mainly because of the Paula Jones Sexual HARASSMENT case. Note he also apparently earmarked Paula for an IRS audit, along with many other problems he had [unless she just happened to be audited 5 days after refusing a court settlement due to a strange coincidence]. But it is a crying shame that the Stupid Party had to impeach Al Capone over the equivalent of tax evasion, rather than far more motivating reasons.
