Well, it might create a problem if we have Saddam actually
alive. We are liable to get him into Gitmo and then all the human rights attorneys and Judeo Christian altruist Occidental liberal media would try to water down our prosecution and punishment, and he could essentially rule from exile in prison and keep anti-US elements alive.
What needs to happen is a 'mistake' when he is transferred, that he falls into Kurdish northern forces control, they have their own trial, they string up the body ala Mussolini, the image permeates all of the mideast, and the rebel remants begin to lose hope and fold their cards.

he falls into Kurdish northern forces controlIf that happens, and I hope it will, then it will take many strings to get all his body parts hoisted.

Is this the point in the thread where someone is supposed to suggest
the General
"Black Jack" Pershing solution?

Better yet, drop him off in the south with all the Shiites he oppressed. I'd love to see Arab news networks showing pictures of him being stoned/shoed to death.

If he is still alive, which I have my doubts.
$oddomite and his thug sons being caught by Kurds or some other ethinic group and getting quick and final street justice would be a great moment.
If this happens we need pictures of them hanging upside down and very dead from some structure or a video of them being lowered screaming into a wood chipper.
Then as you noted, every Islamofascist thug/leader in the world would have a very bad life after seeing that.

I'd prefer them saying,
Saddam Hussein was captured by Iraqi Kurds in Tikrit, and before UN peace officials made it to him, he had somehow commited suicide in his cell by hanging himself. Kurdish officals are dumbfounded as to why his hands and were tied..."
