KRLA 870 in Glendale, CA is giving away Disneyland tickets this week. The callers get 15 seconds to be creative and speak about a current issue. I almost won yesterday with a limerick, but today was the lucky day. The prize was four passes for four trips to Disneyland or California Adventure (which sucks big time).

Magazine doesn't rhyme with zip. Clip does. This is logical and is in fact reasonable in a bit of light verse. For example, want to take issue with Semper Paratus' use of the word "gruel"? Perhaps Uday and Qusay stopped in for a bit of mutton, perhaps they didn't eat at all. But since mutton doesn't rhyme with Mosul, and saying that "Uday and Qusay stopped in to not eat at all" is awkward, SP is using something called "poetic license."
