Hillary Clinton Whistleblower Moved to Corridor of Death
Judicial Watch | September 2, 2003 | Judicial Watch

(Washington, DC and Brasilia, Brazil) Five weeks after the Brazilian Foreign Minister notified the U.S. Embassy in Brasilia, Brazil that Peter F. Paul’s extradition process had been completed and U.S. officials should immediately return him to the U.S. to face stock manipulation and other related charges, the U.S. Embassy in Brazil has failed to arrange for Paul’s delivery to a federal court in New York.

Paul, the largest donor to Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaign, told the Ashcroft Justice Department that he made at least $2 million in contributions to Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaign with the expectation that Bill Clinton would work with him in return for a $15 million in cash and stock from Stan Lee Media, a NASDAQ company named after Spiderman creator Stan Lee. Peter Paul, who co-founded Stan Lee Media with Mr. Lee, has been cooperating with Department of Justice investigators about the criminal issues surrounding his dealings with the Clintons. As part of Paul’s good faith proffer to investigators, Paul detailed Mrs. Clinton’s personal knowledge of his contributions, none of which the former First Lady and current U.S. Senator reported to the Federal Election Commission, and how she directed the diversion of Paul’s payment of $55,000 of Stan Lee Media stock to an outside political entity working on her behalf. Paul also detailed allegations that for several years, the FBI allowed one of its organized crime operatives to loot publicly traded companies under the guise of criminal investigations, while the government looked the other way. Reports by The Los Angeles Times and Vanity Fair have confirmed key aspects of Paul’s information concerning the Clintons and FBI corruption. A criminal investigation of the Clintons has begun relating to the August 2000 fundraiser.

In the midst of this cooperation, Paul was indicted in New York on alleged stock fraud and conspiracy charges on June 12, 2001. He was then indicted in California on alleged bank fraud charges. When he was indicted, Paul was in Brazil managing businesses he had there for many years, was cooperating with Justice Department, and was making arrangements to return to the U.S. to address the criminal charges against him. He was picked up by Brazilian police on August 3, 2001.

On August 20, 2003, after over two years in various Brazilian prisons, Paul was moved to the notorious Block F section of maximum security state penitentiary in Brasilia, where Paul is being held pending his extradition to the U.S. Paul, the only American ever to be imprisoned there, was placed among some of Brazil’s most dangerous criminals, in a cell in the ‘Corridor of Death,’ infamous for the regular murder of prisoners by immolation. Mr. Paul has learned that more than sixteen prisoners have been burned alive in their cells in ‘Block F’ within the past year alone. Paul has attempted to expedite the conclusion of his extradition proceeding since the Brazilian Supreme Court ruled in December, 2002 that he could be returned to the U.S. Yet the U.S. government has failed to respond to the Brazilian government’s official notice to retrieve Paul, sent to the U.S. Embassy in Brasilia on July 18, 2003. Judicial Watch lawyers in Brazil have filed a petition with the Brazilian Supreme Court seeking protection and better conditions for Paul.

”Mr. Paul is a key witness in a criminal investigation regarding the Clintons. Mr. Paul’s life is in jeopardy every day in a brutal and dangerous Brazilian prison, while the Bush Administration continues to delay his return. If the United States government wanted Mr. Paul home, it would have acted at least nine months ago to expedite his return. Mr. Paul should be brought back home immediately so that he can continue to cooperate with the government’s investigation into the Clintons and FBI corruption,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Dear Fellow Americans and Freedom Fighters,

If this story is even half true, then it's absolutely APPALLING! Another Clinton "whistleblower" is quietly being "taken care of"-----yeah, right--and Vince Foster committed suicide; he wasn't murdered! Sure. And, if you believe that, I've got some more beachfront property in Phoenix, too.

Pathetic!

I don't care what anyone else says, but even John Ashcroft and President Bush seem to do their best to avoid "pissing off" the Clintons or giving the impression that it really is a "vast right-wing conspiracy" as Hillary and "Gray Skies" keep spouting off about. Why do each and every one of the criminal allegations surrounding the Clintons--including key witnesses--"mysteriously" go by the wayside and out of the public's attention? Kind of makes you wonder, doesn't it?

No wonder most people--especially the younger generation--are so disillusioned with politics these days. With shenannigans like these going on, and the federal government (including the Bush White House) turning a blind eye and deaf ear to it all, who can blame the general public for not trusting our political leaders to do what is right and what is just!

Yeah, I'm ticked off to the max! But then, it's all about votes and being reelected in '04, right?!!! How dare hardworking regular voting American schmucks like me demand that our government and presiding White House administration care more for justice than it does for "playing politics as usual."

Well, I've got to get back to defending California's border from invading ILLEGAL aliens who continue to flood in--with NO HELP from Washington in site anytime time soon; because, like I said before, the 2004 presidential elections are just around the corner and votes are more important than TRULY enacting homeland security......"homeland security"--What a joke!

Think I'll move to Texas and trade in my West Coast tan for some shotguns.

Then, maybe I'll high-tail it down to Brazil and bring back a prisoner, Peter F. Paul, who might finally clamp down the schackles on Bill's and Hill's ankles and wrists.

Frustrated in California!

Guess the FBI files have some punch. Who wants to bet that Ashcroft's file is one of them?

Perhaps it's more to GW's benefit to hold these kinds of things over the Clinton's heads as a threat.

There's not really a threat if your witness gets killed in prison.

It is so sad! The guy who did Jim McDougal while he was in the federal prison in Fort Worth, Texas (will we ever know why Susie McDougal preferred going to prison for comtempt rather than testifying?) was supposed to to do Paul, as well. But, he has been visiting reluctant donors and accepting contributions for the library and has simply been too busy.

My bet is that the Embassy in Brazil is just chock full of Willie loyalists (you know, like Boucher, the State spokesman in DC) just loving the socialists now in power there. Should someone from State ever go down there to put Paul on a plane and bring him home, the plane will be lost over the jungle in Ron Brown style, all hands lost. Paul is a guy who will NEVER testify against Hillie or Willie!

Appalling is right. What the heck is going on? Why are the Clintons still being protected?

Judicial Watch is not always reliable, but this does indeed sound fishy. And it's certainly true that the Bush administration has gone out of its way to do nothing against the clintons and, on occasion, to follow through on corrupt prosecutions brought by Janet Reno.

Unless Hillary has somehow managed to access updated data on all those Washington type intel files, they are rapidly facing reduced value. I might suspect she's getting regular database upgrades from inside if she and Bill are getting "prisoners lost" in diplomatic limbo who could rat them out. As for a Bush looking the other way, that's Washington. If we don't like it, hop in the car and go visit the capital and get yourself arrested by the secret service while you try to be heard.

Nobody in Washington wants to listen.

And by the way.....I'll read Mark Furman's new book when he reinvestigates Vince Foster. Dead Buffy's from New England killed by retarded Kennedy cousins ain't much compared to Vince.

Maybe my mom was right about the New World Order and the Council on Foreign Relations. You know what this means, don't you? Hillary will be our next president....for life. Papa Doc, Baby Doc, Mama Hill...

I like Mark Fuhrman. I hope he lives long enough to finish the book.
