NBC's Law & Order: Anti-White Propaganda in the Culture War

It's 10 p.m.; do you know where the truth is? While the mainstream, socialist news media lurch from one embarrassing scandal to another, social engineers operate with impunity, using "realistic" entertainment programs as propaganda tools.

Consider NBC's Law & Order. L&O's liberal producer, Dick Wolf, controls a stable of five crime-oriented shows (also Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, L.A. Dragnet and Crime & Punishment), making him one of the most powerful men in Hollywood.

For years, Law & Order, which is filmed in Manhattan, advertised its episodes as being "ripped from the headlines," a claim Wolf and star Jerry Ohrbach still make in interviews. But instead of depicting reality, Wolf's scriptwriters take high-profile crimes committed by blacks, and replace the bad guys with whites, and invent white racist monsters that bear no relation to anything seen in New York during the past 100 years. And so, while according to NYPD crime reports, over 89 percent of suspects in violent crimes are black or Hispanic, L&O presents a looking-glass world in the grips of a white crime wave.

In "Teenage Wasteland," an episode that originally aired on February 7, 2001, the true case of a group of black teenagers who ordered Chinese food, and murdered the delivery man, is turned into a group of middle-class, white kids.

"Myth of Fingerprints" (November 14, 2001) tells of a white, female forensics chief whose years of false testimony has sent many innocent men to jail. One of those innocents was murdered in prison, resulting in the official's conviction for manslaughter.

"Fingerprints" was clearly based on the real case of former Oklahoma City supervising forensic chemist Joyce Gilchrist, nicknamed "black magic," based on her longtime success at bringing about convictions. On September 25, 2001, as Ken Raymond reported the following day in the Oklahoman, “Oklahoma City Police Chief M.T. Berry … fired forensic chemist Joyce Gilchrist, whose lab techniques and testimony have been under scrutiny by federal, state and local investigators for several months.

“Gilchrist, 53, was fired for a variety of reasons, including ‘laboratory mismanagement, criticism from court challenges and flawed casework analysis,’ according to a police statement.” (Registration is required; see the Oklahoman’s Joyce Gilchrist file.)

For years, Gilchrist’s critics claimed she had falsified evidence and given false testimony, which caused 23 men to be sentenced to death, eleven of whom were executed. Note, however, that Joyce Gilchrist is black, and unlike the fictional white official, has never been prosecuted.

Seven months after the October, 2002 Washington, D.C. sniper case was closed with the arrest of suspects John Muhammad and Lee Malvo, L&O dramatized the case, but with the shooter as a white man! ("Sheltered"; May 14, 2003.)

"Smoke" (May 21, 2003) opens with the death of a child, whose adoptive father, a famous entertainer, had dropped him, while dangling him from a hotel room window. The detectives eventually discover that the entertainer would also arrange for underage boys to accompany him to his mansion, where he would sexually violate them.

When I told a not particularly media-savvy neighbor who is the mother of four small children that story line, she immediately said, "Michael Jackson!" But on L&O, the character is depicted as a WHITE comedian.

Remember the Danny Almonte case? Almonte was the 14-year-old Dominican fraud who -- through the connivance of his father, Felipe de Jesus Almonte, and Bronx-based, Dominican Little League coach Rolando Paulino -- passed himself off as a 12-year-old, in order to play in the 2001 Little League championships. But in "Foul Play" (May 1, 2002), the coach magically becomes a blond-haired, white man, who is somehow convicted of a murder committed by the player's father.

L&O's creative team must read some interesting publications, since many of their "ripped from the headlines" stories never happened. Consider their obsession with non-existent, murderous white supremacists, whom they depict as besieging Manhattan.

In "Open Season" (November 20, 2002), a William Kunstler-like defense attorney is murdered while celebrating the acquittal of a guilty-as-hell black defendant for shooting a white policeman. The killer, a member of a white supremacist group, then uses his defense attorney to unwittingly pass along information to his co-conspirators, who murder a prosecutor in another state. The defense attorney is charged with aiding and abetting the supremacists, before she is shot by a female supremacist.

Note that the real basis of the episode was the indictment of radical attorney, Lynne Stewart “with helping terrorist conspirator Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman maintain contact with the outlaw terror organization Islamic Group [IG] from behind the bars of a federal prison,” as Mark Hamblett wrote in the July 23 New York Law Journal, resulting in the 1997 murder of 62 people by IG in Luxor, Egypt. Sheik Abdul Rahman, is the convicted ringleader of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The most serious charges against Stewart were dismissed in July.

In "Prejudice" (December 12, 2001), a racist, white real estate agent progresses from writing a letter to his co-op board, to try and keep an interracial couple out of his building, to flashing a gun at a black colleague, to murdering a black man who beat him to a taxi. Such a case would have been fantastic in 1951, let alone in 2001.

In "Genius" (April 2, 2003), a white, violence-embracing ex-con-writer stabs a white cabby to death. Viewers are then given mixed messages, as the cab driver turns out to be a fugitive, white supremacist racial murderer. In another surreal, L&O touch, ordinary black New Yorkers are repeatedly shown to be so erudite that they are routinely experts on French poetry.

In "Kid Pro Quo" (April 30, 2003), the dedicated director of admissions at a tony private school, is murdered by her corrupt, racist boss. The victim sought to get a deserving but poor black girl admitted, but was overridden by the boss, who'd taken a bribe to accept the inferior child of a Jewish pornographer.

And then there's the homophobia angle. In the real world, Manhattan is, with San Francisco, one of the two most gay-friendly areas in America. But not in L&O's alternate universe. In "Girl Most Likely" (March 27, 2002), a private school student murders her lesbian lover, in order to hide the fact that she is gay.

Last, but not least, comes xenophobia. In "Patriot" (May 22, 2002), a pale, blonde-haired former special forces officer kills a Moslem immigrant he had surveilled, and whom he suspected of being a terrorist. The prosecutor presents the imaginary patriot as a monster, even as the story suggests that the dead man WAS a terrorist.

Now beginning its fourteenth season, Law & Order, still a top-rated show and perennial Emmy nominee for Outstanding Drama Series, serves in socialists' culture war against whites. While Dick Wolf has succeeded at endearing himself to black, gay, and Hispanic pressure groups, if he seeks to cause whites to hate other whites, while being more sympathetic towards blacks, he has failed miserably. It is no secret which groups are committing almost all of the violent crimes in New York and other urban areas. All of the propaganda in the world won't change that reality, or erase the public's knowledge of it.

Unfortunately, that is not true. The area I grew up in and the college I went to were both rural and largely white, and people had perceptions on race formed by watching such shows, and had little real-world experience to show them otherwise. The media shapes people's of the world, and if the never hear another viewpoint or personally encouter the situation themself, they are going to beleive that which is portrayed by the liberal media.

I dunno. Look at it this way: do the folks where you come from, really believe that whites are running wild in the streets of New York, killing people? I doubt it. That's because they have some knowledge of reality and personal experience independent of the mainstream media. Even in the old Soviet bloc, people had underground means of communication, independent of the propaganda ministries. Timothy Garton Ash called it "private opinion," as opposed to state-controlled, "public opinion." Folks didn't believe what they read in Pravda.

While I generally agree with what you wrote, there's a big exception here. Michael Jackson is not, and has not been, anything even vaguely resembling a black man since the late '80s. Similarly, few (aside from some of his most die-hard hangers-on) would disagree his life has been anything but a giant joke for the past decade and a half. Between the oxygen tank beds, the shrill girly voice, the missing nose, the "self bleaching" skin. the pet chimps, the theme park back yard, and the ill-informed liberal views and self worship, he (?) is a walking talking parody of Hollyweird.

Michael Jackson the white comedian may not be so far off the mark...

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't watched network programming in years now. The less people that watch the less advertisers, the sooner these scum bags go under.

They have been losing market share for years. Unfortunately, I am not part of the lost share, but none of the stuff we buy is based on TV advertising. (That's not a political statement, just the way we live.) One exception: when my old pc was dying, Dell ran an ad with a tremendous special, and I bought the machine I'm now using -- and quite happy with, from them.

I disagree. I find the summary of blatant "role reversal to be PC" plot lines to be fascinating, and clear proof to any undecideds about the horrendous anti-white bias of the Hollywood elites who are molding our children's minds, whether we like it or not.

Hollywood plus the leftist teachers and profs, = millions of little radicals coming into voterhood every year.

It's a terrible problem, maybe the greatest challenge we face.

Thanks for the ping. The White Supremo Thugs as shown on TV and in the movies commit so many horrible crimes. Reality says the opposite

About 4 years ago a young, impressionable and guilt ridden white male we knew went on and on about the crimes of the white racists in the Pacific NW. He knew this because he had heard about these horrible crimes daily in college in Portland. He was home for Christmas, and I suffered his bs at a party for about 5 minutes. Then I challenged him.

I offered him a good bonus if he could document a single actual murder or severe assualt (not a tv, radio or fish wrap version) by these White thugs going back to when he arrived in Portland to whenever in the future. If he brought one, he would have to pay me for each horrible crime of black on black, Hispanic on Hispanic or Asian on Asian the Portland/Vancover area.

He has yet to collect a penny from me. Whenever he starts that bs again, I let everyone know about my reward, and how he hasn't collected a penney. His parents love me, as they do the same with him now to shut him up.

These tv shows are part of that image.

The new MI5 show from England is another example of left wing lunatics rewritting reality for their attacks on Christians, conservatives and white folks.

Yeah, 2 minutes of MI5 and I could tell what its whole agenda would be. Compare: 24 was propaganda, we all knew that. But at least it had the purpose of drawing us together and making us remember to be Americans first. MI5 is just itching to split us apart.

I used to watch L&O on A&E, where they are played daily.

You can catch more of a series when you see them daily (as opposed to weekly). I began to loose interest in L&O when I realize that some of the cases they solved would be in the real world almost impossible, and they had to be very lucky, or know the screen writer.

I think the show that "jumped the shark" for me, was the one where a Hispanic teenager had a pacemaker, and the pacemaker failed, he was in an accident, and the homicide detectives got involved somehow.

In the real world, if any action was to be taken, it would be a civil case, but not in the world of L&O.

Turns out that a lead on the pacemaker was corroded, and that was the reason it failed.

Their investigation turned up that the pacemaker was used. In fact it was already taken out of service and had been given to a medical school as a training aid.

A technician at the school, checked it out, and then sold it to a medical supplier, who in turn sold it to a doctor, who in time put it in the chest of the aforementioned teenage Hispanic male, because they were too poor to afford a new one, and because of it, he dies.

Stay with me it gets stranger.

They manage to trace it back to the medical school, to the former patient, and the original source.

It seems that many years before, the leads which were made overseas, while being transported to the US were exposed to sea water, and were damaged.

The small mom and pop operation that were assembling the pacemakers could not afford the lose, and so they checked each and every lead (the mother if I remember correctly was an electrical engineer) and they destroyed the ones they found were damaged, but used the ones that checked ok.

The prosecutor goes after the mother in this case for manslaughter.

Now never mind that the pacemaker worked as it should have for the first patient, and that the pacemaker was given away not to be used, but only as a training aid, they were going to hold this woman responsible.

But here is the kicker, they had no proof that this lead was in fact one of the leads that suffered from sea water damaged.

But, when they searched the old files (that were passed the time the company was required to keep them, they found the smoking gun.

Wow, I am impressed, hundred of man hours used to take these vicious small business people off the street.

Like I said, if there was to be a penalty, it should have been in civil court, not in criminal court.

Dick Wolf writes interesting stories. Let me add we could all do without the tiresome cliche its whites who commit most of the crimes in Big Cities. In the real world the opposite is the reality - but trying showing it on TV without getting the NAACLP up your ass.

Is the "L" (NAACLP) for liberal?

Note that until the NAACP started harassing the TV networks about five years ago, it was a weak, anachronistic organization rent by scandal (remember Ben Chavis's period as chief, which ended with a huge sexual harassment payout and charges of personal misuse of funds?) The TV networks could have simply ignored the NAACP, but instead they caved in, and made it the monster it now is.

Since then, the NAACP has successfully targeted one white-owned industry after another. It issues reports claiming the industry in question treats black customers badly, and then finds black customers with frivolous claims to file extortionary lawsuits (e.g., against hoteliers). The NAACP then campaigns nationally against the business, organizes boycotts, etc., until it pays up. If a white organization ran the same gambit, its officers would be prosecuted under the RICO statutes.

It took my wife three episodes of MI5 to see what I saw in the first one re the so called anti abortionist bombers and MI5 labeling them as the real terrorists.

She tuned out on the one last week where they were concerned about the horrible treatment the Muslims were getting by evil white guys in England.

24 last year at the end started wearing thin on me. I sent Fox an email that if they kept heading in that direction, they would be worse than West Wing with 24. I asked them for one documentation where American Military people even on a small scale did what they supposedly did in last season's 24. They never got back to me.

A few years ago, JAG, got really PC. We sent them an email that if it continued, we would stop watching it. That Jag was the only CBS show that we watched. Since 9/11, the show has returned to where in most cases the Navy has good people.

Oh, my. I haven't seen that one yet. But as you noted, it has two characteristics that are increasingly common to L&O: 1. seemingly unlimited investigative resources for a case; and 2. the unlimited expansion of the criminal law, through tendentious new theories of criminal culpability.

I was briefly disturbed by the American military component of the insertion of a nuclear device in the 24 plot, as well. I can see one doing it due to a religious conversion, but not a whole team. The writers need to get to know a few Marines or special ops people, I'd say. I was also frustrated by the mercenary behavior of the president's cabinet. I guess to have quick and easy drama, one needs outrageous behavior. We can't all be shakespearian.

Exactly. There's that Progressive Insurance commercial where the black guy has put the white guy's head through the wall while they were playing 'some one on one.' The black guy lets the white guy stay there -- with his head stuck in the wall -- until he checks around and gets the best price quotes.

White men are usually portrayed as helpless morons in commercials.
