We saw many Police/Fed choppers in downtown VCU area zig zag/hover. West of Rt.95. LOTS of Police cars/sirens.Any one know if the V.P.is in town?

About a month and a half ago here in Wichita, I noticed several police and federal helicopters flying close to the airport.
I expected the worst and raced over there.
I ended getting some cool hats, stickers, and brochures at a law enforcement helicopter convention.
