Hey tongue-tied ......
You have been added to our ping lists!
We no longer rally every Friday night because the war protestors quit protesting and it got pretty warm on that corner.

We will probably meet again for another rally in a week or so; maybe you and Mrs T-T will join us for the rally and then dinner afterwards. I'll do my best to keep our Hate Group in line. LOL

Cowboy? He loves that picure of you from last year!!! LOL

I guess I will provide the Cowboy with a little more pleasure and ping him to the picture. He had enough pleasure to lassst a llllong time seeing me get doused last year ( in person). AND I still feel sorry for him when he got it last year. The grimace on my face is still there from seeing him get it!!!!

HI COWBOY

You may not want to associate with us now that we are an official Hate Group. Naw, I take that back, you would would fit right in. (=:

He's too modest to tell you but Diamondhead also does a fantastic job with tri-tip.....and Santa Maria beans

You must be the guy that Diamondhead wes telling me about that got him introduced to FReeRepublic. You know you really shouldn't get him associated with such a hate group (just kidding of course) I had some time to get acquainted with the two of them. Now we just need to get him over his shyness for posting ( hello there Mr. Diamondhead). I am sure he could make some significant contributions to our little FResno group.

Mr. Diamondhead, I forgot to tell you that next year's picnic will require a Fantastic Cookie repeat for you to join us:=)

Seriously, if you can join us FRiday nights, we would love to have you and your wife.

"The grimace on my face is still there from seeing him get it!!!!"

Yeah, I can see the tears in the one I have..........but I don't think it's from "grimacing".

Good to see ya, chadsey!
Looks like y'all had a great time with all your hatin' and killin'.
Wish I'd been there.
Guess I'll have to go dig in the yard and find a liberal worm to kill.

The Radio FR engineer (the magical agitator) is working on Jim's video file so everyone can view it. I will put up a thread to the news story video when it is ready to go.

I do have a different look being totally dry. What I am afraid of is next year CoolGuy will feel he has to make up for not dousing me this year.

Sorry you guys couldn't make it to participate in the "Hate & Violence Picnic"

Stay safe- Stay well.

AS a sidenote, I got Cool Guy to attend a local GOP gathering in the South Bay recently. And he behaved himself and didn't soak anybody! With cool temperatures, it was best he didn't. ;-)

Okay, I must ask. What in the world is tri-tip?

Okay, I'll answer this one.

Tri-tip is some of the best BBQ eaten. California style! It is also called Santa Maria tri-tip. It is a Central California phenomenon that occurs at tailgate parties and BBB’s. If you go to So Cal or Northern Cal and ask them what tri-tip is?, they will ask you "Okay, what is tri-tip?

It is a heavily marinated piece of meat that is a cross between a roast and a steak. Each chef have their own recipe for the marinate that is a closely guarded secret.
We had to donate to FR to obtain a copy of JK's recipe. Even then we were sworn to secrecy.

Human Relations Panel in New Fray (Fresno Panel calls Free Republic "Hate Group")

It appears the human relations commitee is part of the left wing anarchist hate group group "Freepwatch."

From the article:

He was reacting to a news release Chairwoman Debbie Reyes sent Friday that warned, "a rally is being organized by a hate group called 'The Free Republic.' "

According to the commission's news release, "The information on this group's website clearly indicates threats of violence toward any minority groups that interfere with their rally or picnic."

Reyes said she wrote the news release, with help from another commissioner, because, "there's a link on the website that refers to this group as anti-gay and anti-immigration. When intolerance comes to the table, we need to answer that call."

"Due to the nature of this event I will personally be asking Chairwoman Debbie Reyes for her resignation," Catalano said Saturday. "It's just important that the community knows that this is not a reflection of individual members."

Autry called the Human Relations Commission "politically intoxicated" and described its news release as "inflammatory, reckless, irresponsible and dangerous."

I hope they kick her out of her job. These people are getting nervous about the influence FR has, especially now with the CA recall.

What are the odds Chairwoman Debbie Reyes voted AGAINST Prop 209 (The California Civil Rights Act)

Mama_Bear - Looks like you need to add tongue-tied to the list of members for the chapter. He/she would have attended if he/she knew about it. Rats! My fault, no doubt.

Howdy, tongue-tied. At the tailgate party, I resigned as head of Fresno/Central Valley Chapter and we elected Mama_Bear to be the new chapter head. Yahoo! I have no doubt she's going to do a much better job than I.

By the way, tongue-tied, are you military or ex military? If so, would you please send me a FReepMail? Lemoore is kind of a hot spot for an item of interest. Thanks!
