Agree with your synopis as well. I am thinking that in the end, more likely the 'hit man' thing did not work out; and Scott just went ahead and took matters - Laci - into his own hands.

I do think when people hire others to do their dirty work that the Law finds them just as guilty as well.

A wild thought just occured to me...since we all know that Viagra was found, maybe they found GHB also....If Snotty slips the GHB to his little chickadees, he needs the Viagra for himself. So if GHB was found at the home, tells LE they should test Laci's body for the drug because of the possiblity that the GHB could have been also used to incapacatate her.
I for some reason still think that there will be traces of GHB on the rumored vomit on the mop....

Even if she was trying to avoid caffeine, she could easily have consumed some without realizing it if she took one of several common headache/pain medications which contain caffeine as an ingredient, including Anacin, Dristan, Excedrin, Midol, Vanquish, and many more. One dose of Midol Max Strength, for example, contains almost as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, about the same amount as a glass of iced tea, and much more than a bottle of Coke.

Good to see you Jackie-O.I do not believe it was, coincidence, the prosecution leaked the tidal and GHB information,they found on Scott's computer.I also agree,that the mop,probably contained flecks of blood and GHB.Finally,I think you are on the right track,with Scott's use, for that little blue pill. :)

Geraldo on Hannity...had an interview with Carrols atty. Atty says that Janey Peterson is just protecting her brother with the claim that his client is lying...firstly ther are many times that Snott's wherabouts were un-accounted for , for instance, the times he snuck off to be with Amber. Second, his client said that he met with Snott, Dirty, and Skeeter ABOUT the 29th of Nov...this pinpoining of the 29th is a misinterpretation of the facts by media, whomever. Ther former 35yr LE that administered the LDT to Carrol says that he finds him credible and that he truely believes what he is saying. Carrol's atty has a meeting scheduled to speak with Modesto LE and county Pros. along with the former Fresno LE that administered the test.

One thing is clear Jackie - something made her throw up and HE mopped it up. I have also never quite been able to square why she had broken ribs? A punch maybe??? I don't agree with Sandy that Scott had nothing to do with her death. I believe he could have been in over his head financially and needed the life insurance etc. But the fact is, that extra life insurance policy that he bought "without" her knowledge could have been promised payment to the drug crowd. He's dirty!! That's a John Walsh direct quote.

The broken ribs don't really jump out and tell me anything other than the possiblity that she may have been hit by debris in the water or boat, bouy...or maybe the ribs were broken when washed ashore on that rocky jagged area.
I truely think Snott was there...after all he did produce a marina ticket, (just in case he was spotted) he had the tidal info, cement bucked anchors, and so on. Whether he had help or not...he murdered his family.

Greta has Baden on...MPD still diving the bay.
Baden says that placenta would not let caffine into Connor's system (trace ammounts) and could remain in Laci's body for some time. Level could be speculative because of the time Laci was in the body. Baden thinks the caffine is a red herring from the defence. Thinks that the only reason the GHB test was given because Snott may have looked it up on puter. (I still think they found it somewhere..in pil form in house, or in the "vomit on the mop")
Divers may be looking for some missing cinderblocks from the Peterson home.

It is true that a boat propeller or something else could have broken her ribs. I just made the connection with her suddenly vomiting (which could I admit have been cause by GHB), that there could have been some struggle ensue. I wonder if anyone can tell that they suddenly aren't feeling "right" and try to make it to a phone or something like that? I have often wondered that?

I know they are looking for something specific and it must be there. It simply has to be found. The caffein things is a RED HERRING. In fact that is really old news. They are paying two high priced forensic scientists to come to that conclusion?? I am so dying for this Prelim to get going. You notice even Snott isn't objecting to delays anymore?

Not only is she repulsive to look at when she screws her face up at any question or sugestion that the Prosecution has the goods on Snott, I could probably make a better argument for the Defense side than she can. Greta posed the question to her that what if this story from Carrol is true and it checks out with other witnesses at the strip club? And Janie instead of making a logical agrument, says, "oh it's just not true." Not oh I would cross examine this crimanal..and so on. She is just so rediculous and I think that anyone who has her representing them will definately do some time!
