In California she would get the whole thing and he would get a restraining order against him to prevent visitation.
Truthfully if she put up with as much crap as my first wife she deserved part of his liver.

I am going through Divorse Because of this same disease. Ive lived with her diagnosis for four years and the medications and mood swings and a certain therapist have made my live hell. Mood swings, Calling CPS, threatning my life. Cirrhosis is never easy to go through for the family of victims either. Most of the Profesionals tell me to divorce because its going to get worse. A shame since we never even got a chance to try antideppresent. Please evaluate your own situation.
