Nope. Arnold won on style, Tom won on substance.

I'm going to shock de world by being a bit more pro-McClintock (on this specific issue) than you.
I think they both did reasonably well on style. Tom was his sober, if uncharismatic, self. Arnold had higher highs, but he had lower lows too.
And of course Tom won on substance, as he has been doing all the while. :)

Interesting that CNN gave so much post debate time to Ah-Noldt
Another said all the other channels did the same

Let's face it - we need both of them!
Arnold is the leader image needed now to put the
fear of God into that bunch of socialists up there.
Tom we need for his knowledge, expertise and
experience. I think there should be a special post
created for him. Auditor General? Any ideas?
And remember, the whole bunch in Sacramento knows what
will happen to them if we find they have lied to us or
changed course without a very good explanation.

Right. Tom knows the issues and I agree with him. BUT, Arnold, who was much better than many thought he would be, has that intangible thing called leadership. If CA is going to be resuscitated, it will take someone with that kind of personality to convince the people to do what needs doing. Tom just does not have that.
